“Great home”
+The pool was perfect and I spent many hours there. The home was absolutely beautiful with comfortable beds and amazing bathrooms. I had everything I needed in the kitchen.
−The wifi could have covered the back of the house and the pool. Despite loving this home, it would have been nice if the coffee pot worked.

“Good location, beautiful property!”
+It was excellently appointed with lots of cutlery and crockery (of which we only really used the glasses!) The layout suited us well. The shower in the back bedroom was enormous and powerful, although there was a bit of a wait for hot water!
−The swimming pool was very cloudy and didn’t look inviting to adult eyes for swimming, which in turn resulted in two disappointed children as they were banned from using it!

“Best value for money”
+Spacious house, everyone has comfy beds and enough room to move around. The staff was also very accommodating and has assisted us with what we need.
−We didn't have longer time to stay.

−Dirty and uncomfortable Not amenities at all, not even basics like a bathmat Unfriendly service I stayed with a group of friends and the experience was disappointing, considering the rating it has. Both myself and my friends have rented properties in Merida before, so expectations were high, because we have received exceptional service in previous experiences. For starters the hostess did not greet us personally, and the message she sent was not very explanatory. When we arrived the bathrooms were dirty, and the house in general did not look clean (it is worth mentioning that we were warned that we could not arrive before 3 pm precisely because of the morning cleaning), the pool was not clean either. The controls of 2 air conditioners had no batteries, all of which I brought to the attention of the hostess, who sent someone to clean the pool and sent batteries. The entrance door and the door to one of the bathrooms to the patio were jammed when opening/closing. The covers of the couches had stains on them. One of the dining room chairs was "broken" (unstable). One of the bathrooms has no door, only a curtain and has a kind of bathtub/shower but without a shower door so the water sp

“Beautiful house in great location”
+We loved staying in this beautiful house. The beds and rooms were comfortable, the outdoor space was excellent, and the owners were very easy to deal with and friendly. The location was very good too, quiet yet central. Highly recommended.

−The kitchen needs renovation. There is an problem with bugs in the kitchen and bathrooms. We were not able to use the pool as it appeared murky.
