“Don’t stay here….”
+The property it self nothing special
−Our experience at this apartment was very disappointing, and we honestly would not recommend it, especially to families with children. The only positive thing we can say is that it is relatively well connected and close to the metro. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. We found the surrounding area very unpleasant and unsafe, with people apparently selling drugs, many homeless people, and people lying around in the streets. It is definitely not the kind of environment we expected when staying somewhere with children. The entrance to the apartment is terrible. You have to climb very steep and narrow stairs, with hardly any space to move. Travelling with children, suitcases and a baby stroller made getting in and out extremely difficult. This is something that should be made much clearer before booking. The apartment itself is very old and uncomfortable. The ceilings and doorways are extremely low in certain areas. I hit my head several times, particularly when entering the bathroom and one of the bedrooms. The shower is tiny, and the ceiling is so low that if you are tall, you practically have to shower crouched down to avoid hitting your head. The flooring seems extreme

+Rien honnêtement je suis tombée dans les escaliers avec ma fille de un an dans les bras c’est inadmissible de ne pas mentionner les escaliers ultra dangereux !!⚠️

“Good location”
+Very good location in relation to the price. Near the metro line that takes you to all the essentials. A couple of good and cheap cafes on the same street. Small, cozy terrace. Authentic historical Lisbon building with tiles.
−Narrow and steep stairs. Low and slanting ceilings in frequently used locations which you may bump your head on.

+Casa céntrica, molto vicina a metro e tram ottima per visitare la città. La casa è fornita di tutto, e la padrona è molto gentile.
−Essendo una mansarda il tetto è basso, perciò le testate sono all'ordine del giorno, ma l'annuncio lo dice che è mansarda. Abbiamo trovato uno dei letti inclinato, scomodo per dormire ed i bambini si sono dovuti alternare. La casa è un po vecchiotta, ma facendo attenzione si può gestire tutto.Avevo letto delle recensioni che mi avevano preoccupato all'inizio, come gli odori forti(è vero, però se i vicini sono etnici, non ci sono alternative); per usare lavatrice e frigo bisogna inclinarsi pwrche è un sottotetto; non c'è aria condizionata ma ventilatori. Il bagno effettivamente emana a volte odori fognari, ma con un buon deodorante si risolve. Nel complesso penso che per un prezzo così, in pieno agosto e per una casa céntrica ci si possa adattare senza problemi.
