“A good little bolt hole”
+For the low cost, it is well equipped with a good kitchen, air conditioning (very welcome), and roof terrace, and it is welcoming. Well situated. You are a short walk to anywhere, including the front and shops.
−The bed has seen better days with a definite dip in it, but aside from that, I would definitely consider coming back.

“Not for someone looking for tranquility but studio is good value .”
+Was compact but well fitted out with fully stocked kitchen utensils. The bed was very comfortable
−The location was on a busy road with coffee shop and bar directly opposite- so noisy all day and into the night. The stairs to the roof terrace are unsuitable and need a hand rail at least x

“Alojamiento solo para parar a dormir y sin expectativas”
+-El alojamiento facilita un enlace con toda la documentación informativa y de acceso -El check-in y check-out fue fácil gracias a la caja con clave y llave para acceder -Se nota que cumplen con todo el reglamento: había extintor, información... -Cuando estábamos buscando, elegimos este alojamiento por el precio y la verdad es que es la única opción por la que lo recomendaría. Solo si vas ahí a dormir, no eres muy exigente y te pilla bien en tu ruta.
−-Cuando leí los comentarios acerca de que era muy pequeño pensé que exageraban porque evidentemente ya imaginaba que era pequeño por las fotos. Pero sí, es extremadamente pequeño, especialmente el baño que no puedes casi ni usar el lavabo. -En general necesita mejorar la limpieza. Las sábanas y toallas deben ser renovadas. -Los utensilios para cocina (sartén, ollas) están para ser cambiados. Tienen todo el fondo desgastado y rallados. -La calle es una bajada de coches y si eres sensible a los ruidos por la noche puede molestarte. Además, enfrente está una panadería con terraza ahora en verano que por la mañana entre la apertura, descarga y gente también puede molestar. -En esa misma calle un poco más abajo hay unos bares que una tarde-noche que volvíamos andando del centro de cenar nos habló gente un poco rara y ya no quisimos volver a pasar. Tenlo en cuenta si sois chicas que viajáis solas.

−1. Bed 140cm met nogal harde matras 2. Toegang dakterras via kleine, smalle niet zo makkelijke trap en door heel lage deur. Geen stoelen op dakterras, enkel 3 zeteltjes die dan weer te laag zijn voor de aanwezige tafel. Daardoor nogal moeilijk om comfortabel te ontbijten op terras 3. Geen peper en zout aanwezig maar dat werd prompt opgelost op onze vraag 👌 4. Ligging in straat met toch redelijk wat verkeer en net tov lokale bakkerij waar men om 6u reeds volop aan de praat is... 5. De 2 aanwezige pannen zijn echt aan vervanging toe 6. Geen smart tv aanwezig, jammer. Dit zou standaard moeten worden naar mijn mening 🫣 7. Op de foto's lijkt alles groter dan de werkelijkheid Al bij al wel ok mits enkele kleinere werkpuntjes

+Logement parfaitement propre et géographiquement bien situé. Le quartier est très populaire mais aucun problème de sécurité. Parking gratuit à 200m de la maison.Très au point pour la prévention/sécurité (affichage, trousse de secours, couverture antifeu). Propriétaire hyper réactif et la personne chargée de l'entretien dynamique et disponible. Présence d'une climatisation. Machine nespresso(2 capsules sont offertes), bouilloire électrique, frigo, congélateur, machine à laver.... produits d'entretien, fer à repasser... pratique pour un séjour de quelques jours.
−Logement très humide. Beaucoup de problèmes de condensation (nous y étions en avril), le matin les marches d'accès au toit terrasse étaient trempées et l'eau ruisselait sur l'intérieur des fenêtres. Le logement donne sur une rue très bruyante, comme il s'agit d'un studio en rez-de-chaussée, il y a du bruit de 7h du matin à 22h le soir. Il n'y avait aucun produit de base disponible dans le logement (huile, sel, poivre...) et il manque vraiment une passoire et un epluche legume, surtout que la cuisine est équipée de plaques de cuisson et d'un vrai four. Pour un séjour d'une semaine cela nous a manqué. Salle de bain minimaliste, le "lave-main" est minuscule et le manque de rangement criant : poser a minima un rasoir est impossible.
