+The house is very comfortable for a family, we traveled with family and a plus as it is a pet friendly. I had my jackchi with us. He is well trained. We had a restful time, just what we were looking foward too. Location is great and very quiet
−Only down was no toiletries, and an iron would be usefull, there was a steamer which doesn't work properly. We had some minor issues, notified the host and they were very attentive.

“Don’t bother”
+The property has great space.
−We arrived to find only 2 folded towels that were not cleaned. We contacted the property and promptly we were told they would come and changed it, plus were bringing the face towels. This did not happen! The property is old, falling apart. It’s very dirty, loos like no one cleaned it for a very long time. Communication with the host seams smooth, but not delivering what promised. Overall, I would not come back ever. At 5:30am you get woken up by the dogs barking constantly.

“Very spacious house with comfortable tools but not a very good neighbourhood and the clean service should be improved.”
+The house is very big and every room is well designed.
−I didn’t feel totally safe in the neighbourhood. Moreover when we arrived the kitchen wasn’t well cleaned and I find amazing that there wasn’t a single piece of toilet paper in the whole house. Essential tool were missing in the kitchen.

“Perfect for a big family, but no hot water in the shower. Very clean and good location.”
+Location was good if you have a rental car, it had its own parking for our rental car that’s why we chose it, we did not use the pool as it is small and did not look clean, but we explored the city, and did a day trip to Izamal. We only stayed 2 nights as we like to travel around from city to city and for our family of 5 it was perfect. We did not meet the host but he was very quick in answering and even told us the house was ready before the actual heck in time.
−The pool, the pump made a lot of noise and it did not look so clean but we didn’t mind as we didn’t stay there to be in a pool, we only stayed 2 nights while traveling around Mexico. The shower did not want to get hot. The water stayed cold no matter how long you waited.

+Good location near the center. Size of the house. Parking available.
−The house was older, it smelled musty. The kitchen was not well equipped. The sink in one of the bathrooms was not working.

+Living space is very comfortable and spacious. Beds were great and a/c in all bedrooms and living room. Nice TVs with a big one in living room. Well, we were quite happy for 17 nights!
−Could have used a few more kitchen amenities.
