“Everything regarding the accommodation is as described on the website, and I was happy with that.”
+The location is excellent, being less than a ten minute walk away from Colli Albani Metro station (Line A, which links with Roma Termini railway station*). There are plenty of neighbourhood shops nearby. *Regarding Line A Metro, I would like to point out to fellow travellers that as it was the first metro line built in the late 1960s/early 70s, it is not step free from platform to street level.
−Although not a big deal, there were some noisy renovation works ongoing in one of the third level apartments at the time of my stay, and was out of the building not long after the works started. Perhaps some signage in the main foyer on the ground floor from the owners of the flat that was undergoing renovation works or building management could have helped?

+The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect with 2 to 3 supermarkets nearby, even few restaurants, along with easy access to both metro and bus stations. It’s bright, spacious and equipped with everything you need and even has a lovely balcony view. I stayed here for 5 days and enjoyed a very comfortable stay. I was warmly welcomed by the property owner’s brother, who was extremely helpful throughout my stay. I would happily choose this property again and look forward to staying here in the future. Thank you for providing such a wonderful facility!

“Superb”
+We were greeted by the very nice brother of the owner. There was no problem with late check-in. Nearby bus stop and metro, easy access to the center. Several shops in the area. Air conditioning in the facility is a plus. We even got a gift in the form of a mug. I rate the stay very good, we will definitely come back.

+Spacious, bright, clean, new apartment with modern furnishings at a very good price. Convenient location, very close to the metro station (line A). Our host Riccardo was extremely responsive and attentive.

“OTTIMA ESPERIENZA”
+Sicuramente uno dei principali punti forti è la posizione strategica vicino alla metro Colli Albani che in pochi minuti ti porta nel centro di Roma. La casa (dotata di ascensore) era pronta addirittura prima dell’orario del check in o comunque con possibilità di lasciare le valigie. Era molto spaziosa con cucina attrezzata ma che non abbiamo praticamente usato, il bagno ha una doccia super e finestrato. Terrazzino super apprezzato insomma c’era proprio tutto il necessario.

−Το late check in στις 5 το απόγευμα Δεν μπορούσα να βρω το κουδούνι γιατί δεν είχε όνομα. Ο οικοδεσπότης δεν μου απάντησε σε σχετική ερώτηση γιατί θέλαμε delivery και δεν ξέραμε τι να πούμε στον ντελιβερα. Δεν υπήρχε ένα μπρίκι η ενας βραστηρας καθώς ο γιος μου αρρώστησε και δεν είχα κάπου να ζεστάνω νερό για χαμομήλι
