+Host provided a video explaining how to get into our room which was nice. We arrived late, so it really mattered getting into our room.
−Overall everything was great. The payment system was a bit strange but not something I haven't encountered. Payment is not received by Booking.com, so the owner has to collect it in person or by leaving the money in the room.Fir a smooth check out, make sure you have the exact amount when you leave, otherwise, you need to wait for the host to tap your card.

+the room I had, in fact a small studio including a kitchenette, was very nicely decorated and had everything you need for comfort... the location is great too, some 400 meters from the main square in Old Town ... self check-in / out , with host available at any moment on phone/whatsapp for instructions or other needs
−I wish I had known in advance, as I don't like surprises, especially after a 800 km drive from Vienna, that parking place is at chance and that host wanted cash payment, although asking for a card on Booking reservation... but both issues were solved

+Walking distantance from the historical center, the room is comfi and cozy, beside the bed, beside the usual applicainces you can find in every hotel room, you have as well a small table right in front of the room.
−We would prefer better quality pillows as those in the room we quite small and thin.

“nice modern design in a typical Transylvanian Saxon location”
+There was no breakfast included, but there was tea and coffee boiler, tea, a fridge and even bonbons which my mother liked. The design was very nice, with ash rose pillows like in Thorn birds. The location is very central, a typical Saxon house. Opposite is the Franciscan church, close the Hermania restaurant with Saxon food, and not far the German Forum, just before reaching the Great Place. It is not very far to get to the buses either and there is a narrow street like the known one in Brasov just nearby. The walls keep cool so we did not need the air conditioning, although there was one.
−An option for twin beds.

“Eleganță, liniște, intimitate”
+Situat în centrul vechi al orașului; am primit tichete pentru parcarea publică de la proprietar; curățenie și design elegant; liniște și intimitate.
−Nu este cazul.
