“Great option close to the main train station”
+The location is amazing, close to the train station, the neighbourhood as in most part of Napoli seems not the best, but it's full of good options to eat, even some high-end and also I should say it could be considered quite safe givan that there is movement all day.

“Highly recommended , we would definitely stay again”
+We were very happy to stay here for a few days. The location is excellent , you can easily walk to the main attractions. From the nearby station, there is a direct train to Pompeii, and it’s also easy to reach Herculaneum or Sorrento. Ferries to the islands are close by as well. Overall, it’s hard to find a more convenient location. The apartment itself is very comfortable and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The owners are extremely kind and friendly.

“A wonderful apartment for active travelers.”
+A wonderful apartment for active travelers. Friendly host, great location near the port and train station. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very cozy.
−We weren't put off by the steep stairs and lack of an elevator. Furthermore, the area is overrun with homeless people and quite dirty.

“Buen piso pero no volvería.”
+El precio para la época en la que viaje. El piso está muy bien ubicado con respecto a la Piazza Garibaldi. El piso está cuidado la cocina cómoda, el salón y la habitación principal muy espaciosos y es una casa acogedora.
−El baño cuando llegamos no tenía la alcachofa de la ducha (aunque la repusieron al día siguiente) la taza del water no estaba colocada y no tenía previsión la propiedad de ponerla por lo que durante toda la estancia tuvimos que hacer nuestras necesidades sin apoyarnos cómodamente. Hubo un problema con la propiedad en la que insinuó que habíamos echado ceniza a la vecina de abajo y se le había mojado la ropa. Puede ser por qué no se nos avisó que el depósito del agua del aire acondicionado estaba a punto de rebosar y hay que vaciarlo manualmente cada día. Además la insistencia inicial en la paga de las tasas turísticas fue algo incómodo al igual que las comunicaciones iniciales antes de entrar en la vivienda.

“Interessant, men ikke noget jeg gør igen.”
+God seng og ganske fornuftig køkken. Ok lille altan. Beliggenhed i forhold til banegård - ok. Det er sådan set en fin lille lejlighed når man først er kommet ind.
−Der manglede et toiletbræt. Der manglede rengøring. Lejligheden ligger på 3 sal. Det er høje etager og trappen op til 1. sal er stejl og smal. Der er ingen elevator i ejendommen. Beliggenhed - meget nedslidt område med manglende tømning af skraldespande og folks ligegyldighed (smed åbentlyst affald - papir, plastik m.m midt på gaden). Næsten ingen der gad samle lort op efter deres hunde ……! Rotter der løb mellem bygninger og dynger af skrald i og rundt om skraldespande - ikke i denne ejendom, men i området omkring !!!

+Logement bien situé à environ 10 minutes à pied de la gare et du centre historique. Quartier calme, en dehors du tumulte touristique avec les commodités nécessaires (petite épicerie juste en bas de l'appartement, très bonne pizzeria populaire à Naples à 100m...)

“Appartement idéalement situé et parfait pour un séjour à 2.”
+L’appartement dispose en une localisation idéale qui permet de visiter Naples à pieds sans contrainte. La communication avec l’agence a été parfaite et nous avons également pu laisser nos bagages en avance dans l’appartement le jour de notre arrivée.
−Dans l’ensemble l’appartement est très correct, cependant les equipments sont tout de même un peu “usés”. Absence de pommeau de douche, bouilloire dangereuse… et le canapé lit ne tient pas et se sépare en deux pendant la nuit (nous étions 4). Cependant, cet appartement est idéal pour un séjour à 2, car ce que je viens de citer est très sommaire.

“Non consiglio”

−Come anticipato anche all'host, c'erano mozziconi di sigaretta a terra, mucchio di laniccio che usciva da sotto il letto, il balcone mai lavato in questa stagione, serranda della cucina rotta, un solo cucchiaino per fare colazione. Una famiglia di 3 persone abbiamo fatto colazione uno alla volta. E poi il bagno. Tazza vecchia senza copri water, che se anche non lo fanno più di quella misura si cambia la tazza perché tanto cmq è da cambiare. La doccia con la muffa sul muro ed il soffione da cambiare decisamente. Pieno di calcare che ne io né mio figlio riuscivamo a lavarci i capelli per la poca acqua che usciva, il vetro della doccia pieno di calcare, il che vuole dire che non lo lavano spesso. Dal bidet l'acqua esce malissimo, stesso problema della doccia, troppo calcare. Il bagno quando si và in ferie è una cosa seria...
