+The location, several bedding options, equipped kitchen and the qater dispenser.
−It's too dark - almost no sunlight comes in and the artificial lighting was insufficient. There was moisture on some of the walls. The shower was VERY narrow, you're cramped inside and can barely wash your feet. The hairdryers were not working and no soap was provided. There is some very noisy water pump that starts working whenever one uses a sink or the shower.

+The location is excellent. The city center is very close, as is the central train station, making everything easily accessible. It is especially convenient for those who enjoy exploring and discovering new places nearby. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. It truly had everything we could have asked for and exceeded my expectations.

“home from home”
+good location..15 minute walk from railway/bus station...close to supermarket...20 minute walk to seafront/old town... spacious clean apartment which could accommodate four people..the owner Salvatore provided a driver to and from the airport for 40 euros which for a family of four is cheaper than the train
−bathroom door wouldnt lock but apart from that everything was perfect

+Kuchnia wyposażona w piekarnik, mikrofalówkę, indukcję, ekspres na kapsułki oraz lodówkę. W łazience suszarka do włosów, suszarka do ubrań.
−Na 4 osoby dorosłe dwa duże talerze, jeden mały i jeden głęboki. Nie ma czym przekroić bułki, są tylko może do masła. Jeden kieliszek do wina. Bardzo głośny boiler który chyba grzał wodę. Spadający tynk z sufitu. Dwa krzesła przy stole.

+Apartament był czysty i świetnie wyposażony, a kontakt z gospodarzem był na najwyższym poziomie. Lokalizacja okazała się idealna .

+Тихий район. Хороший господар, на усі питання відповідав і був гостинний. Наявні магазини поруч. Поруч ринок овочевий, рибний. Також поруч є піцерія з найсмачнішими панцеротті. Добрі співвідношення ціна-якість. Є все для проживання, кухня невелика, є плита, духова шафа, мікрохвильова піч, холодильник невеликий. Кондиціонер працює, є пралка.
−Відсутні вікна на вулицю, це дуже дивно. Але там такий будинок, де вікна виходять в просторий підʼїзд.
