“The host is friendly”
+Thank you for being so considerate and accommodating. A good value single room. I didn’t see any cockroaches or anything like that, and overall, I had a comfortable stay.
−The location is somewhat far from the city center, so it’s not ideal if sightseeing is your main purpose. Some things also need improvement, such as the old kettle that has become yellowish inside and the broken showerhead holder.

+I merely needed an apartment with a good location. For my purposes (essentially just my own bed and bathroom in a safe, but good location) this was perfect. The price was also very competitive.

“Will be coming back!”
+Excellent location in a safe neighborhood with close proximity to the metro. Room is good in size with everything you need for a stay to explore Bucharest. Host is easy to reach and helpful.

+Host was very communicative and the property is in a good location.
−The room had cockroaches (counted 3), the sheets had stains and the toilet still had hair on it when I checked in. Didn’t seem like the place had been cleaned after the last tenant. . Room overall was pretty dirty and the bed was incredibly hard.

+The accommodation was clean, comfortable, easy access and it had good, close proximity to restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, and it was silent all around, allowing for some comfortable rest at night.
−The only thing I would wish was having a clothing iron and an ironing board as traveling I bring only a small backpack and would like an option to have my clothes presentable.

“ATENȚIE!”
+Spațiul suficient pentru o persoană nepretentioasa cum sunt eu. Cartier liniștit, relativ aproape de metrou.
−Precizez Vă că nu sunt o persoană pretențioasă. Pot înțelege un mobilier vechi, lipsa unuor accesorii și un spațiu redus dar murdăria nu. Va rog să scoateți de pe site-ul Booking acest proprietar pentru focarul de infecție la care vă expune clienții: baia cu vas wc negru strat, cabina de dus cu toate colțurile negre și zoaie pe uși, stropi de zoaie și jeg pe faianta din jurul chiuvetei. Un frigider funcțional al cărui mâner l-am apucat cu un șervet. Pe o măsuță un fierbător prăfuit ruginit în interior. Patul care de fapt e o canapea extensibilă georsaita și împuțită acoperită cu o textilă cu un miros dubios care nu era cearșaf. La fereastra deschisă atârna o zdreanta dintr-o bucata de sită, pervazul prafuit pe care zăceau insecte moarte. Precizez că nu am dormit acolo și doar pentru că am avut alte lucruri de rezolvat nu am făcut sesizare la protecția consumatorului. Nu am mai pierdut timpul să fac fotografii.
