“Comfortable, clean, and has all the essentials, in a safe feeling area.”
+(Reviewing on behalf of my Mum who stayed here as I live nearby) Location was great as the apartment is near enough to the centre to walk, but far enough out to have peace if you want it. Mainly residential. Clean on arrival and plenty of room.
−The WiFi was fast, but the router is too far from the TV so borrowed a 5G router from a friend who lives here so I could access Netflix etc of an evening. Sofa is ready to be replaced, but again, all clean, and it was possible to move the comfy outside patio chairs in and sit on them for a higher chair.

+Everything was really good: - furniture of the apartment: kitchen, bathroom... everything you need for your holiday - very clean - the commun place is very quiet and beautiful - swimming pool just in front of the apartment - easy check out / check in

+A fantastic place for relaxing and peace and quiet. We're a couple in our 50s and just did nothing but eat, drink and swim. It's very quiet, no noise after 11.30. good for couples with young kids. It's a 15 min walk into town and shops, plenty of cheap taxis available.

+Bonjour nous avons adoré l’emplacement ,le calme ,pas loin de la ville par les raccourcis ,la piscine ,tout ..,,,,,
−Il manque pour nous des bols ,pour déjeuner le matin ,faire une mayonnaise,des ustensiles de cuisine pour râpé du fromage ,un plat à gratin il n’y en a pas !!! L’évier boucher et vous le savez car il y a une bouteille sous l’évier pour deboucher.

“Muy buena estancia.”
+Es un apartamento que ofrece lo que se ve en las fotos. Una cama cómoda, un alojamiento que en relación calidad-precio está bien, una piscina que en muchas partes del día es únicamente para ti (y cuando hay gente no es nada molesta) y en nuestro caso tranquilidad ya que los vecinos eran muy discretos y no se escuchaban. A destacar que tuvimos un percance el primer día: la sombrilla de la terraza estaba rota (muy pasada por el sol y no se podía utilizar). Llamamos a la anfitriona (que es una agencia) y al día siguiente vinieron a cambiárnosla y nos pusieron una nueva e incluso mejor. En eso aspecto un 10.
−Hay unas cámaras en el alojamiento que mosquean un poco. Están seguramente apagadas pero bueno, te obliga a echar un paño por encima por si acaso. La ubicación está algo alejada si no tienes coche. Pero con coche ningún problema, en 4-5 minutos te plantas en cualquier lugar de Playa Teguise.

+Apartamento cómodo con buenas instalaciones. En una zona alejada del ruido. Nosotros hemos estado muy a gusto. Nos ha encantado. Todo muy limpio y en buenas condiciones. Lo mejor la piscina, sin poca gente y muy tranquilo.

+Uns hat das Apartment sehr gut gefallen - es war sehr sauber und angenehm ruhig. Auch die Umgebung war hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft klar weiterempfehlen!
