“Very good apartment, for couple of days stay. Not more.”
+The apartment is big and spacious, there was AC, fridge and coffee machine. A lot of towels 👌.
−The only few things which were missing, the apartment is located in basement floor and was a bit damp. But during summer its is good because there was no direct sun lights. Also, shower gel, toothpaste and shampoo were not available, as well as to have flip flops would be great.

“Dissapointing.”
+The location was good , plenty of free parking , terrace was good .
−The apartment is in the basement and is quite dark inside . The smell of musty dampness is very strong right outside the apartment but is no smell in the apartment. The kitchen wooden worktops are rotten in places where water has contacted it. When we arrived at the apartment we were told that the apartment above was being renovated and it was so noisy for us in the 2 days we stayed. We had 2 power cuts on the first night when we used the dishwasher and called the owner and he came out to check and said it was a power cut in the area.

−Mattress needs changing. Bedding also needs to be changed had lots of stains. Being on the lower ground you do have the strong smell of damp on the corredor but inside of the house is not too bad.

“Too expensive for the bad state of the apartment”
+It was in the location that we wanted. The amount of space available was generous with a good outside area that we could entertain the family in.
−There appeared to have only been a surface cleaning of the inside area only.The outside area was very dirty. It had obviously not been cleaned for many weeks; this included the items that were outside- the chairs, tables, baby chair, ironing board, sink and bowls were all filthy. The fridge smelt bad and the freezer section was full of dirty items, as was a corner cupboard where there were opened food packets with insects in. Even the plastic, woven table mats had black and yellow grease embedded in them.There were only 4 large plates, one had a huge crack in it and another a chip. Even on a very hot summer's day the damp smell dominated even though there were perfume sticks everywhere. Their smell was so overpoweringly sickly that we had to put them outside. The mattress was too soft for our liking, dipping in the middle and the fitted sheet was not deep enough to go right under the mattress, so it kept coming off. Every day we saw cockroaches, some huge. Considering that we had to clean many things ourselves and buy a sheet that fitted the bed, as well as disposable plates, before we could be comfortable, 130 Euros a night was much too high a price to pay.
