+The apartment was bright, spacious, and right next to the beach. We loved the pleasant balcony, perfect for relaxing at the evenings. As a bonus, the excellent cycling and running path along the coast starts just in front of the house.

“Nice apartment with unbeatable location”
+- Right along Poetto beach - A variety of restaurants to pick from along the beach and harbor for lunch or dinner - Walking distance to supermarket roughly one kilometer from the apartment - Walking distance to Sella Del Diavolo if you want to do some light hiking with beautiful views - Easy 15 minute bus ride to reach Cagliari city centre Good working AC in both bedroom and kitchen. Nice balcony on the ground floor.
−There was wifi but it was very slow. We ended up not using it since it was faster to just use your 4G/5G connection. However the 4G/5G connection was rather spotty at times as well.

+Not so far from the city center, facilities with transport (buses) close to the beach & restaurants This apartment was very practical the hosts were very very nice and very welcoming

−Не было микроволновки, также не было уборки, которая входила в стоимость. Хозяин говорил что может сделать это только за наш счет, поэтому наши полотенца и постельное белье не менялось. Были дырявые полотенца. Туалетной бумаги не хватало, что принесло дискомфорт. Сказал что нам нужно выносить мусор за ворота по графику😳

−We were informed only one week before our arrival that the building would be undergoing renovation. By that time, it was far too late to find alternative accommodation. When we arrived, the entire building was covered with scaffolding. We could not use the terrace at all, which was one of the reasons we chose this apartment. The view was replaced by scaffolding, and the whole situation looked quite shocking. We were very restricted throughout our stay and could barely even hang our laundry outside. Construction workers were present every weekday. In my opinion, an apartment should not be rented out while the building is in this condition. Informing guests only one week before arrival is simply not acceptable, as most people can no longer change their plans. In addition, the TV did not work during our stay, and the water pressure was extremely poor. Taking a proper shower was almost impossible. Although the owner offered us a small discount, it did not come close to compensating for the inconvenience and the significantly reduced quality of our stay. A much larger discount would have been appropriate considering the circumstances. Unfortunately, the renovation had a major negative i
