“Great location close to Tram with lots of space for families!”
+Front door code came with easy instructions. Easy lockbox location instructions. Secure area to open the apartment.
−There was constant construction in the main corridor and outside of our windows every morning. Waking up to banging and men standing outside the windows was uncomfortable. Main door was often open with men working in and out and lots of added debris and garbage.

+Host a was great and communicating, close to public transportation and Lidle for shopping. 2 big rooms and a smaller 3rd bedroom.

“A gem of a find in Budapest”
+We loved the location and spacious feel to the apartment and it had everything you could possibly possibly need it was spotless when we arrived like a showhome the decor was very tasteful.
−A heads up about turning the bottom key 4 times would have been very helpful as we found it difficult to gain entry and then when I phoned Anna she talked us through it . We had difficulty finding it and was shocked to see it shrouded with green mesh and scaffolding and the door was hidden in black plastic, this information should have been provided prior to us arriving in our opinion as it didn't give an overall first impression,however we were not at all disappointed with apartment itself when we gained entry and wouldn't mark it down for that reason. We understand it's being renovated and that takes time, also the builders were often visible on the balcony and we felt the need to close the shutters for privacy.

+The accommodation was excellent, very clean, spacious and exactly as described. We especially appreciated having two bathrooms, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is within walking distance of the city center, with all the necessary amenities nearby. We were very satisfied with our stay and always looked forward to returning to the apartment after a day out. Communication with the host was excellent. Everything was clearly explained and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Thank you! We highly recommend this accommodation 😊

+Номер превзошел мои ожидания! Все идеально чисто и соответствует фото. было подготовлено к приему гостей - даже заправлена кофемашина и капсулы для кофе на первое утро. В апартаментах есть все, что может понадобиться туристу: любая посуда (посуды много на полную посудомойку) и кухонные принадлежности, таблетки для посудомойки. Кровати удобные, постель и полотенца идеальной чистоты. Прекрасный гардероб, где можно все разместить, гладильная доска, утюг, сейф. Очень удобные диваны в гостиной и большой телевизор. Оставлены капсулы для стиральной машины. Санузлы комфортные. Есть фен. Прекрасное месторасположение апартаментов - основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности - это очень удобно. Мы остались очень довольны!!!

+Byl to nejkrásnější apartmán co jsem v Maďarsku měl a ještě hned u centra Krásný velký apartmán, hodně místností, dvě koupelny, prostě přepych Hezký klidný dům s pavlačí a výtahem Ochotný pronajímatel, drobný technický problém řešil rychle a ochotně

+Die Sauberkeit, die hervorragende Ausstattung der Küche, fußläufig zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und Supermärkte in der Nähe.
−Baugerüst stand noch vor dem Haus, allerdings hatten wir das Glück, dass zu dem Zeitpunkt keine Fassadenarbeiten stattfanden.
