“It is a joke it’s not what is advertised it is a dump”

−It was dirty all the way though the property there is mould in the kitchen and bathroom the shower curtain is covered in it the tvs did not work no WiFi and it bunkbeds and not 2 singles there is no hot tub the door handle on the main door is loose the entrance and garden is a mess and you have to go past over flowing bis to get to the main door we tried to contact the owner but no response so we had to leave and find some where else to stay the bed covers are stained and the spare bedding for the sofa bed is just chucked in a cupboard under the stairs which is also dirty under there the sofa has fag burns on it also also the cooker was dirty as well

−Hot tub, meant to be a top feature was folded in a heap covered in mud and spiders in the shed with no possible way of filling it. This place couldn't even provide loo roll. The spare bedroom had rickety old bunk beds, Garden front and back was very overgrown and not very welcoming. Loads of dust and spiderwebs everywhere, cupboards in the kitchen full of dirt. They need a new cleaner as the one that charges £57 must have a visual disability. Take your own tea and coffee. This place was beyond basic.

+We were very disappointed with the condition of this property. On arrival, the flat had a strong unpleasant smell and appeared poorly maintained and neglected. We had planned a weekend stay in Bournemouth, but the accommodation was so unacceptable that we left the same day. The property did not match the photos or description on Booking.com and fell far below expectations. We would not recommend it, especially for families or anyone expecting a comfortable stay.

−Very disappointing stay - facilities were not as advertised Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. The property was advertised as having a hot tub, which was one of the reasons I chose and paid for this accommodation. However, the hot tub was not available during my stay. I contacted Booking.com about this and was advised that the facility was listed on the property details. The overall experience was not what I expected based on the description and the price I paid. Overall, the property felt outdated and in need of updating. The garden area was also not clean or well maintained, which was disappointing. I had to spend a considerable amount of time trying to find alternative accommodation because of the problems with this property. Unfortunately, due to the difficulty of finding somewhere suitable at short notice, I had no choice but to remain at the property for part of the stay. +Extremely dirty house, appalling, unfit for service accommodation. Need total overhauling , old and smelly house. regretted ever taking the house for 3 days . My daughter couldn't eat in that house . My rate is -0.000001%

−The description of the property was misleading. The single beds were bunk beds. The bathroom and kitchen were tiny. No bedding for sofa bed. No towels. No cleaning equipment. No parking. Broken equipment. Not enough cups. No plates. Bedside lights not working. Toilet blocked. A very poor property.
