+The apartment was modern, stylish, and very cozy, located right in the heart of Sofia just a 7-minute walk from the main attractions. Communication with the host was excellent, and the detailed self check-in instructions made everything smooth and easy. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place for a city break in Sofia.

“Surprisingly good apartment for the price”
+Excellent apartment,very clean, well-equipped, and surprisingly spacious, all for a remarkably low price. The kitchen features a washing machine, dishwasher, and a full set of plates, pots, frying pans, mugs, and cutlery,though teaspoons are missing. The bathroom is small but functional. There are plenty of closets, two efficient air conditioners, and TVs with YouTube Premium. The neighborhood is relatively quiet, located just 10-15 minutes on foot from the city center, and paid parking is only a 3-minute walk away.
−The most unpleasant aspect was the impression left by the rather uninviting entrance to the building. There are also a few minor details worth noting: Some items were missing, such as washing machine detergent, dishwasher tablets, a kitchen cutting board, a bathroom mat or towel, and additional teaspoons (only two were provided). It's also worth mentioning that refilling the same hand soap into the shampoo, body wash, and hand wash dispensers isn’t ideal. While these omissions were slightly inconvenient, some of them were readily available in the grocery shop nearby and rather inexpensive. Given how much we saved on the apartment, the overall value still feels excellent. The only truly missing item was a microwave.

“Great pick in Sofia”

“Excelent stay”
+This apparent was excellent. Modern, elegant clean well equipped and situated is a safe and very central area. Price is a very good value and the host is lovely and super helpful 10 out of 10 !

+Teysisin yeri iyi konaklama için yeterli , içindeki olnaklar çok güzel , şirin bir mahalle , iki odalı iyi mutfağı olan bir ev ,,
−Ayak havlusu ve terlik olbilir , otopark ücreti belirtilen ücret değil , yağışlı havada gittik , otoparkçı bizi almadı, başka bir otoparka 20 euro günlük ödemek zorunda kaldık

“Apartament sensacional”
+Sala d'estar molt amplia. Habitació molt comfortable. Cuina amplia i ben equipada. Es pot cuinar còmodament.

+Casa pulita e spaziosa. Posizione abbastanza centrale ( a 10 min a piedi dalla metro) anche se la strada un po isolata e paurosa di notte.
−C’è solo acqua fredda purtroppo ci siamo dovuti lavare con acqua ghiacciata nonostante il freddo, la caldaia non funziona sono anche venuti a controllare dicendo che usciva l’acqua calda ma non è stato così. Riscaldamenti non funzionano. Non è stata data la biancheria completa per 4 persone e nemmeno il tappeto doccia. Un supplemento di 40€ per lasciare i bagagli per qualche ora in più é un po esagerato considerando il tenore di vita che si tiene lì.
