“Unpleasant stay”
+Location is good : not too far from the duomo. The apartment (for two people) was well decorated.
−Street was noisy day and night because of the traffic, the apartment was one floor above the street level (2nd floor), there was no soundproofing, not to mention the duct of a mobile air conditioner which was attached to the window and this did not help for noise reduction. We could hear very clearly pedestrians pulling their suitcases on the street in addition to having often loud conversations. This could also happen in the middle of the night. The circuit breaker for the microwave oven goes off easily and one can only use one appliance at a time. Despite repeated requests, the faulty electric kettle was not replaced. It was about 10 degrees Celsius in the morning and at night but the was no heating making the apartment very uncomfortable. Cleanliness was very approximative. Bathroom was too small with a tiny shower, average size people would find hard to move inside the shower. I was asked to pay the city tax upon.arrival, but while I asked for a receipt several times in five days, they never provided it. It is disappointing because I am wondering whether the city was going to really receive the tax I paid. Finaly, we could hear people walking and moving furniture in the apartme

“NOT a deluxe one bed apartment.”
+It's an excellent location, quiet and about a 10 minute walk to the Duomo. There are some great restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. It's a lovely old building and the apartment is on the first floor.
−First, I'd like to make it clear that this is a review of the 1 bedroom apartment on the first floor. The listing treats the 2 properties as one and they are quite seperate and I think, different. The ducted air-con was apparently not working - no remotes to turn them on and no explanation or apology. There was a mobile unit in the bedroom with a hose out of the window. The seal was poor and i had to repair it with duct tape. The mobile unit ran at approx. 55db. The bathroom sink was badly pitted and cracked, grout patchy and tiles stained, and the shower was claustrophobic. There was very little communication or information from management. I even had to message to ask for the wifi password, also check out instructions. All in all, a pretty disappointing experience. I would not book again.

“Large, attractive apartment in an excellent location”
+Lovely large traditional Italian apartment with high ceilings, balconies, a gorgeous view of the garden, and relatively comfortable beds (bit hard). An easy walk to supermarket, bars, trattoria, and the Duomo, which can be viewed at the end of the street.

“Great location.”
+Nil breakfast. Keys were not in the location we were advised which took additional 30 minutes to access.
−Only one bedroom (out of four) had working air conditioning. No sound blockout in two bedrooms and was very noisy.
