+Apartment itself excellent
−Pool area a building site with rubble and building material and scaffolding everywhere. However,agent, Sabas, was brilliant and moved us to another wonderful property in Calpe

“Fantastic apartment in Calpe!”
+We had a great stay at Can Talima. The apartment has recently been renovated. We found many new amenities such as a dishwasher in the kitchen, a renovated bathroom and air conditioning in all rooms. The location of the apartment is perfect! Close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. I must emphasize the great contact with the owner, who was very helpful.
−No kettle, but that didn't affect our positive experience.

+The property is in an excellent location and is a really good size with 3 bedrooms. I think the price reflected well. The host was really responsive and the issues we had were resolved quickly.
−There was no hot water when we arrived and a plumber was sent out to sort it which he did. Unfortunately, we had the same problem 24hrs later and the plumber returned and replaced a part. No issues with it the rest of the time so just one of those things. The main issue for us this stay has been that the property is currently under renovation. The exterior is being modernised which I understand needs doing but we weren’t made aware of the renovation until we arrived and there has been lots of banging every day from 8am which isn’t the most relaxing way to start a holiday. I’m not sure how long the renovation will take but it’s definitely something I would have liked to know before hand. I would stay here again though, once the renovations are complete.

+The location of the house is exceptional, everything works perfectly in the house (a/c, WiFi, and so on). Everything is close enough and you can walk to the beach, supermarket, and everything you can imagine. The owner let us do an earlier check in because we have twins aged 3 and the check out was also very flexible.
−I missed some basic stuff for doing housework. But it is something fixable.

“Ideal für ein paar schöne Strandtage, um Calpe und die lebendige Umgebung zu geniessen!”
+Die Lage in Calpe ist super, genau zwischen dem Ifach und der Altstadt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die direkte Meersicht. Die Wohnung ist mit drei Schlafzimmern schön gross und mit zwei Fernsehern gut ausgestattet. Auch der verglaste Balkon und die Mückenschutzgitter an den Fenstern sind sehr praktisch. Der Parkplatz ist ebenfalls ein grosser Pluspunkt und der Pool rundet das Ganze ab. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt genossen!
−Der Eingangsbereich und die Zugänge zum Gebäude könnten etwas einladender gestaltet sein, da die Wohnung selbst wirklich schön ist. Die Schlösser an den Aussentüren waren manchmal etwas schwierig zu öffnen. Insgesamt sind das aber nur kleine Punkte, die unseren schönen Aufenthalt nicht getrübt haben.

“Alojamiento muy acogedor y bonito para pasar unas vacaciones de verano en familia”
+El piso es muy cómodo y bonito y tiene prácticamente todo lo que se necesita para disfrutar de una semana en Calpe en familia. La zona/ubicación es muy buena, con restaurantes, el paseo marítimo, playas y la salina cerca... Además, nos gustó bastante la piscina y tener aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones.
−Hay partes del edificio que están deterioradas y cuando hace mucho viento caen piedras, lo cual es bastante peligroso si caen sobre las personas que, por ejemplo, se encuentren en la zona de la piscina. Aunque no tuvimos mucho problema para encontrar aparcamiento por los alrededores, al tratarse de un piso para 6 personas estaría genial si hubiera dos plazas en el parking (aunque entendemos las limitaciones y suponemos que solo hay 1 plaza por piso). A modo de recomendación, mejoraría las almohadas, que son muy bajas en mi opinión y dejaría papel higiénico de repuesto (al menos dos/tres por baño).
