“We had an excellent stay”
+Excellent location, pool was lovely temperature, balcony great with amazing views, Double bedrooms very comfortable. Great downstairs shower.
−Pool area does need a bit more maintenance, lots of rotting lemons. Pool filter was just emptied on the ground by the loungers. Air conditioning unit in single rooms clicked loudly when on. Ants ++ in the kitchen (we didn’t leave food out)

“perfect villa with fabulous views of the mountains and great outdoor space”
+Can Guixa is a beautiful villa, with a fab swimming pool and outdoor space. it is very clean, and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils. it is quiet and in the perfect location for a short stroll into Soller.. There are fantastic views of the mountains. And it is very private. We have stayed there twice out of our four visits to Soller and we really really like it!!!

−A handbook with information such as nternet login, rubbish recycling and other useful information would have been helpful. A very small detail as the accommodation is excellent

“Exceptional”
+It is a spacious place and probably even better in summer when the pool is usable/desired. Having a fireplace was such a nice touch on some cooler evenings. But out of everything, we enjoyed the terrace the most every morning. 10/10 would come back again
−Lack of usual ingredients in the kitchen, we had to buy everything, e.g. salt. It was fine since we were staying for a longer time though.

“Nice, spacious house close to "everything"”
+Location was super - very convenient to "everything"- supermarket, restaurants, hiking etc. Nice and spacious house and the pool was well maintained, Kitchen also well equipped. Would definately recommend / come back
−There could have been some more "ordinary glasses" - (lot of wine-glasses though.. ) We also missed some "pool glasses - llike plastic type to bring outside for mineralwater etc - and even though the pool was well maintained we think the place could be lifted from very nice to suberb if some of the furniture on the patio had been upgraded and the large garden had been more cultivated...

+Location, the pool, two terraces and an absolutely amazing view. The property is basic inside, but very clean.
−The kitchen could do with a restock and the pool furniture could do with a bit of attention, but this was absolutely not a deal breaker - we have stayed there twice!

−Cold inside when we arrived (15 degrees)
