“Great location, but no assistance”
+Very centrally located, easy to walk to all the major attractions
−On arrival, we were told that the wifi wasn't working, but that someone was fixing it the next day. Unfortunately that didn't happen. I contacted the host twice explaining this, and she replied she didn't know anything about it (i had presumed the man greeting us was her partner) and she didn't bother trying to resolve the issue. As Florence is so built up, the data reception is sketchy at best, so we were basically uncontactable for 4 days unless we sat in the piazza down the road. As for the apartment itself, its nice enough, but we were left with one knife only, which made mealtimes interesting. Also, there is no ventilation in the bathroom, and the mildew in the shower was terrible. A pity, as it could have been a really great stay if the host took more care of her property

−AC Didn’t work in the bedroom and no internet didn’t work either. Hotel reps weren’t too helpful regarding this.

−Very noisy plaza, don’t book if you plan to go to bed before midnight. Bathroom was incredibly tiny.

“Excellent location but not easy to sleep due to noise”

−Noisy. I know we were in the center (awesome location) but some soundproof in the windows would have helped to mitigate the noise outside (almost all night due to restaurants, pubs and fast food stands). If you sleep soundly, you will be good The 2 additional sleeping places (1 sofa-bed) were extremely uncomfortable and every time you moved, the metallic structure was very noisy. Some upgrade in the bathroom would be nice (specially the shower head) No option to leave the luggage the day we were leaving (so extra cost to leave it in a locker) Be careful with the check-in times. You may incur in an extra cost you were not having in mind (not our case)

+l emplacement est parfait, en plein centre, entre Duomo et Galerie des Offices.
−en arrivant on nous a précisé qu une des deux climatisations ne fonctionnait pas! ayant 38 deg a l extérieur, ce n était pas l idéal. mais le Pure est qu aucune solution ne nous a été proposée. j ai relancé l accueil, en vain. puis le contact du propriétaire, rien. pas d echo! malgré une chaleur étouffante dans la chambre!!! j ai insisté et demandé un ventilateur. il nous a été déposé 24h après, en kit! n ayant aucun outil je n ai pas pu le monter moi meme! ils m ont dit qu il viendraient le soir meme pour le monter, personne! nous sommes partis le 2ieme jour sans solution! ni aucune communication, ni excuse!!! cela peut arriver, mais la gestion fut catastrophique, car inexistante!! en plus l appartement est vraiment vieillissant, aucun couteau pour manger, chaises cassées, un coup de blanc sur les murs serait appréciable!!! sans compter sur le bruit car au 1er au dessus terrasse restaurant jusqu a pas d heure .... bref, a vous de jouer mais j irais plutôt ailleurs !!!
