“Location is great and the apartment is really nice”
+Location is excellent and the town itself is very nice, it's very calm and relaxing. We liked that there's a free parking with the roof just behind the building.

“Bright, clean, safe apartment by the sea”
+The apartment is bright, clean, safe and close to the sea as shown in the photos. The beach is just amazing. The host's husband met us with the keys. There was a bottle of water and two beers in the fridge, a nice touch. The bed and sofa bed are comfortable. The shower is brilliant. There is a big balcony and there are loungers on it. The balcony is west facing and gets sun in the afternoon. We travelled from Barcelona airport by metro and train. Tip - at the airport, buy your ticket from the office guy. You can buy a return ticket at the airport which covers the airport journey and the journey to Calafell for 13e total. The machines kept rejecting cards for many customers and then it ate a 50 e note. Just to let you know, the easiest route we found was to Barcelona Sants by metro and then transfer to train, all within the same station. The train to take is the one to St Vincenc de Calders. It took an hour and 20 minutes. We got a taxi from the station to the apartment and it was 13e. It is not walking distance with luggage. I rented a bike from Ciclesport and it was good. The promenade goes on for miles and miles. The Ciutadella is interesting. No public transport to it. The Pau C
−Another small pot with a lid on it would be useful for cooking.

“We really enjoyed the holidays.”
+The apartment is very bright, big terrace with dining table, located in a great, quiet location by a delightful beach. Everything was clean, in apartment has everything you need. There are some small shops nearby (about 10 min walk) with food and other necessities, but to go to the supermarket you definitely need a car. Private parking is a big plus for the apartment

“Strandurlaub”
+Zuallererst die problemlose Kommunikation mit Yolanda und den reibungslosen Check-In. Die Lage des Appartements (zum Strand sind es nur wenige Schritte) und der dazugehörige Parkplatz. Es war alles sauber und der wichtige erste Eindruck war gut. Es gibt Sessel und einen Sonnenschirm für den Strand. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist top. Die Terrasse ist ebenfalls super. Das Gebäude hat auch einen Lift. Der Strand war nie überlaufen, und das Mitte August, ebenfalls toll. Die Klimaanlage hat trotz hoher Temperaturen ordentlich gekühlt.
−Wir sind es von Zuhause wahrscheinlich nicht gewohnt, aber es war für uns viel zu laut. Nachdem Lokale und Restaurants doch eher weiter weg sind haben wir an eine ruhige Wohnsiedlung gedacht - leider falsch. Nebenan ist ein Club und der dreht die Musik auch mal gerne ab 22 Uhr so auf, dass man sie bei geschlossenem Fenster hört, ganz zu schweigen von dem Feuerwerk um 0:30 Uhr (samstags). Ist der Club gerade leise hört man tagsüber in Abständen von ca. 15 Minuten den Zug vorbeifahren (Lärmschutzwände in Wohnsiedlungen kennt man in Spanien scheinbar noch nicht). Ansonsten bellt dann vielleicht noch ein Hund, der wohl alleine zuhause bleiben musste, ein paar Stunden durch oder ein Motorrad brettert durch die Siedlung (und die waren auch lauter als wir es gewohnt waren). Wie gesagt vielleicht fällt es jemand anderem nicht so auf.

+We really liked the location and the peaceful surroundings. It was a quiet place, making it perfect for a relaxing stay.
−The host did not speak English, which made communication difficult. There was no information on Booking.com about a €30 late check-in fee. We informed the property at the time of booking that we would arrive at around 9:00 PM. Although the property's rules state that check-in is until 8:00 PM, we were not informed that an additional fee would apply. We only found out about the €30 charge after our reservation had already been confirmed and paid for, when it was no longer possible to cancel. We actually arrived at 8:30 PM and were still required to pay the extra fee. Although the apartment is nicely decorated, there are several broken or damaged items that should be repaired.

+Excelente apartamento, bem equipado, com varanda grande, vista ,mar. Super bem localizado. Amamos.
−A acessibilidade não é total. Do nivel da garagem pra subir tem um lance de escadas até pegar o elevador para o 2o andar. A vaga de estacionamento é muito pequena e apertada. Não cabe carros médios e grandes, neste caso, tem que estacionar na rua, e pagar por isso.
