+Great reception by the host. The property was clean, had good facilities and a comfortable bed. The location is great for easy flat walks through the town and the port for ferries to Pico and Sao Jorge is moments away. Parking outside not a good idea but a few metres away there was always a space. Bedroom large and airy with a small patio out the back. Good shower, plenty of hot water.
−Unfortunately the age and construction of the property meant felt damp, not helped by the poor weather meaning you couldn't really air the place. Maybe also because we were early in the season. Not a lot that can be done about it except run a dehumidifier constantly, and we didn't raise it as an issue at the time. Also brr aware that there is no oven but a hob and a microwave grill.

+Great and very clean flat with a nice balcony. Well located at the ferry terminal and on the long promenade. Very nice host. Also comes immediately if you have locked yourself out. Several times if necessary ;-)

“Bonita casa con buena ubicación y con “sorpresa” si vas a principios de agosto.”
+El alojamiento estaba muy bien, tenía de todo y estaba bien ubicado. Nos íbamos después a Pico y está a 100 metros de la terminal de Ferry, así que genial.
−En las fechas que nosotros fuimos hay fiestas en el pueblo que literalmente se celebran a 200 metros de la puerta de la casa con DJ a tope. Si te gusta la fiesta, genial. Si quieres descansar, regulero. Teniendo en cuenta que se celebran desde hace 15 años, hubiera sido de agradecer contar con esta información antes de reservar para valorar otras opciones más tranquilas. Nosotros nos enteramos el día de nuestra llegada, nos lo dijo la persona que nos entregó las llaves. Por otro lado, un aire acondicionado en la planta baja hubiera sido una gran noticia.

“Gute Lage, Terrasse, gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis”
+Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in Horta auf Faial verlebt und dazu haben das Cais Inn und die Tipps von Michael beigetragen. Das kleine Häuschen hat alles, was man braucht und ist zentral gelegen ( Fährterminal 5 Minuten/ Peter Café Sport 20 Minuten).
−Wir haben uns wirklich wohlgefühlt …. Natürlich gibt es Opitmierungsmöglichkeiten wie z.B. ein fehlendes Geschirrhandtuch oder die defekte Schublade im Schrank im Schlafbereich….
