“Great stay”
+We stayed in this apartment in Venice for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of everything, just a few steps from Piazza San Marco and surrounded by amazing restaurants. We made the most of our stay and loved being so close to everything. Communication with Martina was excellent. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available to assist us whenever we needed anything. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable, with a washing machine, dryer, and all the kitchen utensils and amenities we needed. We slept very well, and everything worked perfectly. We were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the apartment was for our family, especially given its location right in the middle of Venice. The only minor downside was that the smaller sofa bed, intended for one person, was a little uncomfortable. Since our 10-year-old child slept there, it was manageable for him, but it might be less comfortable for an adult. The main bed and the larger sofa bed, however, were both very comfortable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely return to this apartment!

“Lage super , Sauberkeit, Pflege und Ausstattung verbesserungsfähig.”
+Die Lage ist super. Dir grundsätzliche Ausstattung auch , z. B. Küche mit Spülmaschine , Mikrowelle , Fön etc , aber ein schrecklich wackeliger Küchentisch und alles auch z. T. fehlende Küchenutensilien, die man braucht , wenn man ernsthaft kochen will , schmökern die Punktevergabe .

“Très bon séjour en plein centre de Venise”
+Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille en plein coeur de Venise, à 3min à pieds de la place Saint Marc. Tout était parfait, propre, de nombreux équipements. Nous avons même pu laisser nos valises un peu plus longtemps. Nous vous conseillons ce logement !
