“Great for a few nights in Venice for a family.”
+Conveniently placed apartment a few blocks from the airport transfer dock (only one bridge to cross with luggage). Nicely decorated and very convenient for walking around Venice. Air conditioning was a plus this summer. Great advice on restaurants. Strong wifi.
−Main bed was too soft for my taste. Small refrigerator.

“Great apartment near everything”
+This was a perfect apartment for a shortish stay in Venice. The location is close to transport links, including very close to the water taxi to the airport, and walking distance of everything else. In a quiet street with restaurants and busy-ness just a few streets away. The place was Clean, communication excellent, space good and comfortable. A small bathroom that might be uncomfortable for large people, but clean and functional.

+2 bedroom apartment, very clean, fully equipped kitchen, quiet area.Walking distance from supermarket, fruit shop. 5 minutes walking to restaurants, 10 minutes walk to Realto Bridge, 20 minutes walk to Piazza San Marco .

+Lage sehr gut, Wohnzimmer und Küche sehr hell, relativ ruhig gelegen, gute Betten
−Schlafräume recht dunkel (typisch für Venedig), Küchenausstattung sehr minimalistisch, Bezahlung nur via PayPal oder bar möglich. Kommunikation mit Vermieterin schwierig

“Familienwohnung an authentischer Lage”
+Venedig hat trotz Massentourismus authentische ruhige Ecken und genau hier befindet sich diese Wohnung unweit der Vapretto Ca D'oro Station oder 30min zu Fuss vom Bahnhof. Um die Ecke fahren auch die Schiffe zu den anderen Inseln (Tipp: Burano&Torcello) los und abends kann man lokal am Kanal Essen (Fdm. Misericordia, Bild). Die Wohnung im 2. Stock entspricht der Beschreibung und ist verwinkelt. Beide Zimmer haben je ein kleines, enges Bad mit WC/Lavabo und beim Kinderzimmer (Kajüttenbetten) noch eine Dusche. Beim Elternzimmer (Bett 140cm) hat es im Bad eine Waschmaschine. Der Salon (mit PayTV) und die Küche (mit Gasherd) verbinden die beiden Zimmer. Kommunikation, Checkin und auch Zahlung wird übers Handy abgewickelt.
−Die Matratzen im Kinderzimmer sind sehr hart. Zurzeit tagsüber Lärm von 8 bis 18 Uhr, aufgrund einer Gebäudesanierung (Bild) vis à vis. Mückenplage auch tagsüber, leider hat es keine Gitter an den Fenstern. Mückenschläger mitnehmen und Repellent. Oropax für Langschläfer*innen.
