“Fine, but not ideal; problematic key system”
+- The location on a quiet Fondamenta in Cannaregio, less than 5 min walk to more busy areas - Place was clean - Everything that was listed in the amenities was there (including a washing machine which was working well)
−- The communication was erratic - I had to remind several times that I hadn’t received the check-in link, the link was sent through WhatsApp, not Booking at first; no responses to my questions about the access to Venice tax and exemptions from it due to staying and paying the city tax; information about trash collection was incorrect and detailed info came too late. When I tried to call, noone picked up and there was an automatic responded. - There is no real key to the apartment, at all times it needs to be unlocked with a link that requires a good internet connection to work. The internet connection in the building is not great, so in several occasions we needed to try unlocking 2-5 times before it worked. Unclear what to do if left without a working phone. - While all the amenities were there, there were none of the things that would make the stay more comfortable - not even coffee, salt, laundry detergent etc., we had to buy these things for our 3 night stay and leave them in the apartment barely used. - The pictures in the listing make the place look larger and nicer than it is - the canal view is from the street where the building entrance is, not the apartment, the “terrace”

“Good Location”
+Good location, walking distance to most central places in Venice and close to the water taxi when arriving from Marco Polo airport. However when arriving late at night its isolated so if you prefer a more lively area than maybe not for you Beds were comfy, room was basic and a little dull but overall fine if you are only staying 1 or 2 nights and out most of the day, otherwise id prefer a more welcoming place

+l'hébergement se trouve dans un quartier sympa.
−L'équipement de la cuisine est sommaire. pas de cafetière électrique, pas de grille pain, pas de sel.. c'est un appart en RDC pas une maison. sombre. le système d'ouverture électronique de la porte est nul. il y a un jardinet qui est à la vue des autres occupants. un pare vue serait bienvenu pour un peu l'intimité.

+Heerlijk appartement in een mooi maar rustig deel van Venetië. Ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien.
−Mijn tip zou zijn om wat basale kookspulletjes in de kast te zetten, zoals zout, peper en olijfolie.

+Posizione tranquilla e comoda, 15 minuti dalla stazione, fuori dalle zone altamente frequentate dai turisti ma con locali e ristoranti nelle vicinanze, appartamento pulito, biancheria perfetta.
−La zona esterna ha un grande potenziale, da migliorare con altri vasi con siepi e fiori.

+Viel Platz. Gemütlich. Gute Lage - weniger Touristen. Einfacher Eintritt.
−Alles ist gut. Das einzige, was ich anderen Gästen empfehlen würde, Hausschuhe mitzunehmen. Es ist im Erdgeschoss und der Fliesenboden ist ziemlich kalt.

“Ruhiges gut gelegenes grosszügiges Apartement mit guten Betten”
+Super ruhige Gegend, sehr schönes Mosaik-Bad, zwei Zimmer, bequeme Betten, recht viel Platz
−Etwas dunkel, wenig Beleuchtung bzw Glühbirnen kaputt, Rollo innen ist sehr fummelig zu bedienen- ein Vorhang wäre geeigneter als Sichtschutz und liesse mehr Licht rein, Türöffnung mittels Mobiltelefon funktioniert nur, wenn man im Apartement das Internetmodem eingeschalten bzw angesteckt lässt..ein Schlüssel ist letzlich komfortabler und funktioniert zuverlässiger.
