“Our Venice birthday trip”
+The location was exceptional , ourl flight was delayed and it was very easy to find late at night by water taxi from Marco Polo airport Our landing per was 50m away The bedrooms were large and beds fairly comfortable The gondola passing by in the morning and music practice from the nearby academy added to the ambience
−It was very shabby with toilets not flushing Two of the three showers were very poor Tiles were missing and chipped I did contact the property but they were unresponsive. The kitchen/ living area was awful. Not even a tea towel Wiring very dodgy throughout as were light switches This accommodation badly needs to be updated

“It was a place to rest, not clean, damps and shoddily maintained. Needs a complete overhaul. Hotel staff was very nice”
+Location was close to restaurants, canals and supermarket. Apt faces the Canal, if you’ve got children you want to secure those windows.
−Very out dates, shabby, paint peel8ng, dirty dishes in the cupboard, “stove” was a rusted electric 2 burner heating thing. Didn’t try it but doubt it works. No dishwasher. Air conditioning is only in the bedrooms, it was damp cool air. The upstairs bedrooms filters had to be removed and washed, they were filthy. We didn’t do that for ours but I am sure it was filthy too. The USB & USB-C ports are non existent and the # of electrical sockets are inadequate. There is a small fridge. The sink faucet was very hard to turn on, expect a bath when you do get it to work! The downstairs showers slippery floor is a hazard. The bed frame holding the mattress in the “Mermaide” bedroom had broken slats. We had to re-arrange our sleeping arrangements as a result.

“Stinking”
+Great location, beautiful city
−We couldnt check in at 3 as agreed. It was just after 5 when we got in. It was the following day (and only after begging) that we got a second key. The hall and kitchen smelled awful. We had to keep doors closed and windows open to stop smell spreading. We could not use kitchen at all. I contacted property they said smell would go ( it didnt), but did agree to my request of 2 hour later check out since checkin was delayed by 2 hours. The property was in quite bad repair - difficulty flushing 1 toilet, broken tiles, 2 windows that could not be opened, single beds were very uncomfortable, and needed an general maintenance.

“Great location”
+Loved the location over looks a canal great to watch the gondolas go past. The size of the apartment is huge and has an outdoor terrace. The air-conditioning works really throughout.
−Unfortunately the apartment is old and really needs some attention, there's paint peeling, damp walls. The beds and pillows need replacing, not enough kitchenware for number of guests staying only 2 mugs and 1 wine glass. A small starter pack would have been great, tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water. Dark smelly entrance and apartment on the top floor 3 levels with no lifts. Feel it's overpriced.

−La entrada estaba abandonada, muy antigua, daba algo de miedo. Despues el apartamento estaba pasable, pero muy antiguo. Nos costo mucho encontrar el apartamento, la dirección que tenéis no corresponde a la real. Por favor, actualizarla.

“Ein vollkommen gelungener Aufenthalt in einer großen, herrschaftlichen Wohnung in bester Lage.”

−Die Waschmaschine war defekt und es war keine Filter-Kaffemaschine da.
