+Nice apartment with more than enough spaces for a family. Two bedrooms, one living room and bathroom with a bathtub. Close to water bus station.
−No reception, nobody to contact during stay. They gave us telephone number but no one answer. No Air condition so very hot. No toilet paper, and no one to ask for it. Did not know where to store luggages after check out so just left in the room.

“Short visit, perfectly located and very accommodating.”
+Loved the location and it's proximity to the railroad station and vaporetto stop. We felt like we were locals in Venezia. Located away from but close enough to the main sites. Easy arrival and departure. Had we stayed longer, the apartment was well appointed for comfort and cooking.
−The photos are accurate though the apartment was a little more rustic than it appeared. Also did not like one morning's construction noise that seemed to start at 6am but ended by 10am. Ha. I know this is definitely not a daily thing. Wish luggage storage had been an option. However, we found a good one very close by that was in a restaurant.

“Good value for money, a great option for a holiday in Venice. For sure I can recommend.”
+Location, very close to the train station and very central. Comfortable beds. Kitchen area, you can make the food, there are facilities. Marvellous view from some windows, as for my taste. Helpful owner.
−Lack of some kitchen utensils. For example smaller pot or lid for a frying pan. Not critical but makes cooking easier. Unequipped bathroom. Hooks, rods for hanging towels. A shower curtain would be very useful.
