“Enjoyable stay is a roomy apartment.”
+The location was fantastic. In a quiet neighborhood with restaurants nearby. About 10-15 minutes walk to the tourist attractions and the train station. We had 3 floors of living space! It was huge. No AC and it was a hot couple of days. There were 2 fans that did help us sleep. The location was pretty quiet, right on a canal. We enjoyed it here.

−Bathtub was very old and need renovation. Bedsheet and blanket cover provided was having bad smell. So I was very disappointed.

“Lovely house”
+Great location in a quiet residential area. But only minutes away from shops and bars (coffee shops in Italy). Lovely Venezian house, very comfortable. Our host was so welcoming and friendly.
−Not really a complaint but there are no laundry facilities, and no working oven. We cooked breakfast on the stove though and there is a microwave.

“Comoda casa veneziana sul canale.”
+Ottima posizione rispetto al centro città, bellissimo affaccio sul canale, molto silenziosa, bellissimo design di interni in legno nei piani superiori, che non si apprezza dalle foto, letti comodi, proprietario gentile. Il bagno era pulito. Si apprezza che ancora in qualche struttura il proprietario accolga gli ospiti di persona dando consigli e raccomandazioni per stare bene, invece delle anonime e fredde cassettine esterne portachiavi. Cj siamo sentiti come dei veri abitanti di venezia.
−L'appartamento ha oggettivamente necessità di una pulizia profonda, soprattutto all'interno dei cassetti e armadi della cucina, che si vedono molto sporchi, negli armadi della camera da letto le coperte e le lenzuola pulite sono tenute in maniera molto disordinata e accatastata, c'è grande accumulo di polvere visibile a occhio nudo sulle superfici dei mobili, e all'entrare nella stanza da letto abbiamo tossito per vari minuti prima di riuscire ad abituarci. La porta interna e le superfivi dei mobili dei bagni sembrano no essere mai stati puliti. Un peccato perchè mantenendo meglio pulita la struttura sarebbe davvero da 10.

“Passabel wenn man keine Ansprüche hat.”
+Die Unterkunft lag ziemlich zentral und direkt an einem Seitenkanal. Die Wohnung war ruhig und geräumig.
−Die Kissen waren ungemütlich, das Bett zu kurz und nicht komfortabel. Der Badezimmerteppich sah sehr schmutzig und alt aus.

−En general la limpieza,( y no es porque llegaramos antes de lo que le habiamos dicho) el menaje necesita una revisión, el microondas limpieza profunda, el lavavajillas no funciona, el horno tampoco, 2 de las sillas de la cocina no llegas a la mesa comodamente, cajones cocina sucios, los armarios mejor no abrir, las toallas poco cuidadas..una pena, porque el apartamento es bonito , está en buen sitio y el anfitrion es muy simpático, pero no repetiría.

+מיקום טוב, דירה יפה עם נוף ייחודי.
−לא נקי בכלל. במקלחת נותרו מוצרים של אורחים קודמים. הלילות היו קשים- חם אין מזגן ואין מאוורר, אין רשתות נגד יתושים, אז גם לא יכולנו לפתוח חלון בלילה.

“Es hätte gemütlicher sein können”
+Die Lage inmitten Venedig war gut: insbesondere auch nachts war es ruhig. Wohnküche war zwar relativ gut ausgestattet aber ungemütlich. ( Putz abgeplättelt, kalter Steinboden)
−Der Besitzer war wenig bzw. gar nicht hilfreich bei der CDA CityTax. Die Radiatoren waren kalt und die Heizung war abgestellt. Auf unsere Beschwerde hin hat er auf italienisch in mehreren Mails geantwortet, dass ab Mai die Heizung abgestellt sei. Wegen eines Kälteeinbruchs in ganz Mitteleuropa und Regen an zwei Tagen war es aber kalt in der Wohnung. Für ältere Gäste ist die Wohnung wegen zweier Treppen ungeeignet.
