“Nice property close to everything!”
+The property was in. Perfect area close to all we wanted to see. Restaurants were plenty!
−We enjoyed the property. The lock was a little fiddly. Six flights of stairs were not bad at all, but we are pretty active people.

“For 1 or two nights if you can handle the stairs”

−Didn’t like that you had to climb 80 steps to get to it. No one to help with taking luggage up. Glad I only stayed for 2 nights couldn’t have done longer. Also WIFI didn’t work the whole time we stayed. Told the host and they didn’t do anything. Apparently the stairs were worth it for the view but there was no view

+Mi sento di consigliare questo appartamento per tantissimi motivi, a partire dalla posizione davvero privilegiata: si trova a pochi passi da Piazza San Marco, tanto che dalla finestra si può ammirare persino il campanile! È il punto di partenza ideale per esplorare Venezia, perché permette di raggiungere facilmente ogni luogo di interesse. Inoltre, la fermata del vaporetto si trova proprio di fronte alla stradina che conduce all'appartamento. Gli ambienti sono comodi, curati nei dettagli, luminosi, accoglienti e soprattutto pulitissimi. È uno di quei posti in cui ci si sente subito a casa. Un altro aspetto che ho particolarmente apprezzato è stata la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima del check-in, una comodità davvero preziosa per chi desidera godersi la città fin dal primo momento. Un ringraziamento speciale va alla signora che ci ha accolti con estrema gentilezza, disponibilità e premura, facendoci sentire subito i benvenuti. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, un appartamento che consiglierei senza esitazione e in cui tornerei molto volentieri!

−Qu'on nous ait caché que l'appartement se situait au 6 ème étage sans ascenseur⅕, la literie inconfortable, les traces de moisissures dans la salle de bain, la quantité limitée de couverts (3-4 de chaque), pas de couteau de cuisine sauf 1 pour le pain.
