“Great place to stay! Peaceful but close to the happening places!”
+Great location - not on the busy Venice routes, but very close to great canal restaurants and night life!
−Initially the front door key look was a bit of a problem, but worked ok once we have figured out how it worked!

−The air conditioner in the property is out of order. We followed the instructions of the staff to set it as 25c. Unfortunately, the rooms were 29-32 c all nights. We seek help from the staff and only got a reply for apology. But nothing changed. We stayed for two nights with sweat. As we couldn’t sleep well, the holiday in Venice were ruined

“Great location and spacious apartment, but the AC needs improvement.”
+Excellent area, very easy to find, and just a short walk from Piazzale Roma. The neighborhood is great, with plenty of places nearby to eat and have a drink. The apartment itself was very comfortable and spacious.
−The AC unit in the entryway was not cooling down the air, only the fan function was working. Also, the portable AC unit was missing the hose/pipe to exhaust the hot air outside. Having only one small AC unit working wasn't enough for the heat and humidity we experienced, especially at bedtime. Personally, I found the mattresses to be too soft and the pillows too hard and high, which wasn't a great combination for a good night's sleep. Lastly, it would be nice if they could add a shelf or holder in the shower to place the shampoo and soap

−Smells, bad smells of sewer, lack basic kitchen needs, little toilet paper , had to go to store to get some on second day , asked for door code ahead because I knew WiFi would be a problem for us, never responded back, found local with WiFi to help us

“Buena ubicación pero todo muy sucio”
+Buena ubicación y facilidad para hacer el check-in
−Estaba todo muy sucio, el toallero tenia polvo y grasa y había un charco de agua en el baño, los armarios olían mal y tenían mucho polvo. Además, todo el alojamiento olía fatal cuando llegamos, se solucionó un poco con el deshumidificador y el aire acondicionado, que podrían haberlo dejado puesto antes de nuestra llegada.

“Casa céntrica pero sin más”
+La ubicación, cerca del centro de Venezia,
−No había nada en la cocina al llegar: ni agua para beber, ni una capsula de café, ni azúcar ni sal ni aceite ni nada para cocinar. Además al llegar hacia un calor asfixiante y estaba todo cerrado, se hubiera agradecido que hubieran puesto el aire acondicionado para hacer la entrada más agradable.

+Zona muy tranquila y camas muy cómodas
−El apartamento tenía dos aires acondicionados, uno iba muy bien pero el otro estaba estropeado, se lo indicamos a la dueña y no nos dió ninguna solución, dormir con esa humedad y a a 30º grados se hace insufrible,y no es una casa barata precisamente.
