−2 dogs locked up in the neighbouring property right next to the entrance.. They barked at night and were in distress..

−The house was not cleaned to an acceptable standard upon arrival , the cutlery in particular was visibly dirty. We had to rewash everything with tablets we had to buy on the first day. There were no kitchen roll or kitchen towels provided, and not even the basics like salt and pepper. The electricity system needs attention , it kept failing whenever two devices were used at the same time, which was quite disruptive to daily comfort. There were also spider nests throughout the property that should be addressed before guests arrive. On the third day, we had no water from the previous night. The host came to fill the tank, but the process took almost 6 hours, leaving us without water for an extended period. The beds and pillows were unfortunately very uncomfortable, making it impossible to sleep or rest properly , which was especially tough after full days of cycling. On the last day, checkout was scheduled for 10am, yet the host arrived almost an hour early to water the plants while we were still in the house getting ready to leave. It would be worth respecting the agreed checkout time and waiting until guests have actually departed before entering the property.

−Very cold and damp villa not as advertised very run down ..pictures of villa are deceiving..bed was nothing to be decired very ancient ..very old small clastrobic front room .bathroom very run down. Water leaking from toilet all over floor .all in all a very dark place .owner refused to refund. Went and had to rent apartment as another place as was that bad could not stay there .avoid the villa as it is not as it seems .

“Lovely holiday.”
+The pool was lovely and was very private. We had stayed there in 2019 , so we knew what to expect. The covered terrace was great for getting out of the sun and having lunch.
−A little chest of drawers in the bedroom would have been useful, also a small table by the right side of the bed. Just somewhere to put glasses or books down. This was not a major issue, just a suggestion.

“Fijn vakantiehuis, mooi gelegen, groot zwembad, heerlijk terras.”
+Het huis heeft een heel fijn en groot zwembad in een mooie tuin. Het overdekte terras is ook heerlijk. De keuken heeft een grote inventaris, met zelfs een staafmixer. De slaapkamers zijn prima, met broodnodige airco. De bedden zijn wat smal en stevig, maar prima. Wij vonden het ook fijn dat het heerlijk rustig ligt, terwijl stadjes genoeg in de buurt zijn.
−Wij misten een ventilator, voor een windje buiten op het terras en om koele lucht de keuken in te blazen waar geen airco was. Maar deze hebben we aangeschaft en achtergelaten, dus nu is die er wel.
