−Aircon 1 unit , cool hallway and 1 big room , 2 rooms not reached by cooling . Steep stairs hard to pull luggage up and down .

“Great location, comfortable apartment.”
+Loved the location. Busy street with lots of restaurants, great views. Easy walk to St Marks square. Close to water taxi station for arrival and leaving the island. Close to a small supermarket. Comfortable beds, enough bedding, clean and maintained. We had everything we needed such as pots, iron, kettle, microwave, fridge, hairdryer etc. Easy contact with host throughout our stay.
−The shower was a bit small and poky, we are tall, so it was a little squishy. It did work fine though. The kitchen is a bit outdated, but it was serviceable. We were not keen on the entrance and steep stairs. We were OK as we only had light luggage, but it would be more challenging with heavier bags. However, I think that will be the case in most places in Venice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had all we needed. Anna was great. Contactable immediately if we needed anything.

“Havre vénitien excentré.”
+Le caractère vaste de l’appartement et le confort des lits.
−La propreté des pièces y était relative. La planche du wc était fêlée. Les meubles de cuisine sont montés de manière pour le moins approximative. Les poêles et casseroles mises à disposition sont dans un état lamentable et peuvent présenter un danger pour la santé. Bref, cet endroit pourrait être très agréable si l’on y apportait une bonne remise à niveau et du soin.

+Przestronny apartament. 3 sypialnie i duża kuchnia. Super lokalizacja: idealna do Giardini i Arsenale, dużo dobrych restauracji, sklep spożywczy etc. To nie jest takie oczywiste w Wenecji.
−Chciałoby się, żeby łazienka była większa i w lepszym standardzie, to może być istotne przy większej ilości gości.
