+The flat was super beautiful and the terrace was huge and we had some lovely time there. Another great thing was the restaurant just in front of the building - we were having coffee and breakfast there every morning.
−So the place is located in an area which is kind of under construction. The result - no beach close by, a lot of trash, and Ubers cannot find you since their maps are not updated, and streets which are currently closed are showing as perfectly okay to be used. Respectively if you have a very early morning flight - you either use the bus or you sleep at the airport the previous night (which we had to do)

“Good location and furnishing but not clean enough and claustrophobic”
+The property has all necessary items you could need. The kitchen is fully equipped as well. The location is good as you have a train station at 800m distance which also has a city bike park where you can rent city bike for 45 cents for 30 mins to reach center. There is a sea shore nearby. The bed is nice.
−The property felt quite claustrophobic to me. The ENTIRE properly has only one window towards courtyard which does nothing. I expected a bigger window by looking at the property photos, the photos could be another property of theirs and my mistake I didn’t look closely. However I would say they are misleading as they are not annotated correctly. I was not satisfied with cleanliness. The shower was not properly cleaned and it had brown footmarks on it. The shower mat had them too. I asked the property owner, he said he will take care of it next time but nothing was fixed for us. The toilet seat was broken. The toilet/shower ventilation was quite weak and given that there is no window, the smell stayed which was an unpleasant experience. The ceiling has water damage marks, not sure if some mould is covered up but it made me uneasy. The air conditioning auto turns off is what we figured. It is on the lower level and it takes quite sometime for cooling to reach the upper level where the bed is.

“Un piacevole soggiorno”
+Casa molto carina, nuova, pulita e vicino al mare
−Manca solo qualche appendino in più da mettere magari all'ingresso per le giacche e nel bagno
