“Relaxing Stay in Venice”
+Beautiful Location and Flat. Nice backyard, with table and seats to enjoy the sun. Very comfortable bed. Amazing location close to station and San Marco square. Staff glad to assist if needed.
−The whole structure needs a very deep and good Cleaning. Mold and dust very common. Towels extremely used, and many kitchen appliances in bad state. To replace. Bathroom can be upgraded, since there is an old dirty plastic curtain. Also price is really too high for such a short stay.

“Spacious, clean and perfectly situated flat in one of the most beautiful areas of Venice.”
+Spacious, spotlessly clean flat with beautiful wild garden to rear, situated on my favourite square in Venice. Great cooking facilities and plenty of indoor and outdoor space to relax in.
−Minor niggle, I received quite a bit of hassle by email from host regarding opening the keysafe- he had difficulty opening it and retrieving key which I definitely left inside. I can only imagine he eventually opened it but I didn't appreciate the tone of the emails- though that could have been due to translation.

−Finding the property address difficult. Needs much clearer instructions Outer door entry keypad almost unreadable in most light situations.

“won’t be going back or recommending it to anyone”

−it was overpriced and the rates were misrepresented with an extra service charge of €50 for the day despite it being part of the same stay. Hosts were really unhelpful ; it felt like they really didn’t care about the guests at all and no information at all was given about venice or the area or recommendations . Poor all round . for the price , you could stay in a lot nicer places with friendly and helpful hosts

“Wish we had stayed somewhere else - poor all round and would not recommend it !”
−The hosts were rude and unhelpful and were very slow in answering any questions we had . No information was left at all about the area - all we got was numerous emails with rules of what not to do . What was appalling also was that they charge a €50 service charge per stay - for no service whatsoever and when our flight was cancelled and we had to book an extra night , they charged us €50 again despite it being the same stay extended . This makes the rates that the property is advertised for entirely inaccurate and we could have got somewhere far better for less . When we requested a slightly later check out, we were told categorically no and it’s not their fault we had issues with our flights - altogether rude and helpful . There wasn’t even a kettle or a decent towel in the house / we were given old tiny towels that were old and weren’t even big enough to tie round a child’s body . The luggage storage area of their “lobby” is a dark and dingy and dirty boat yard which was claimed to be a “lobby”. The shower area and the loo are all in the same room with just a mouldy shower curtain partition which meant the whole bathroom area got wet when you shower - really unpleasant . The gar

+Cute Yard with Lovely sunlight. Convenient location near Campo Margherita,there are many restaurants and bars with good vibe. Well-prepared kitchen and various tools.
−The covered boat might be a little bit creepy for some people. But I like this coat that happened in front of my door. I feel it's interesting actually.

“Great location closer to the square and restaurants”
+A garden and spacious and has laundry facilities.
−Checking in was difficult with pad lock keys. Entrance to the room could be improved as it looks like a shed as you enter inside the building.
