“If you want a comfortable stay close to fabulous food and away from the hustle and bustle, this is your place.”
+The location was fabulous and it gave us a more local experience than a hotel would have. When we went out for coffee in the morning at the local cafes, we saw all of the locals stopping in for their morning espresso and commuters walking by. We walked to everything and never felt the need to take a water taxi. The space was clean and comfortable for three adults. Matteo met us in a Campo near the water bus stop when we arrived from the airport. He personally walked us to the apartment, showed us in, and briefly explained how the amenities worked. He also recommended a few areas to find good restaurants. This was a wonderful experience overall.

“We had a lovely stay in this comfortable, well-located apartment”
+Excellent location, very convenient but away from the main tourist tracks. Main bedroom was very comfortable, and the view from the second bedroom was delightful. Good bathroom facilities
−We found the living room rather dark in the evenings with 2 not very comfortable chairs. This didn't spoil things for us as we were out much of the time anyway, but a small sofa/comfy chairs and reading lighting would have been even better

“Great stay in Venice”
+Our host Rudi met us and guided us to the apartment, and gave us a great intro to Venice along the way. He gave us advice on dining, navigating the maze of bridges and alleyways, and airport transport options,even doing a trial run with us from the apartment to the pier where we’d catch the boat, and showing us where to buy tickets. He was a great help! And the apartment was comfortable and well equipped. A very nice stay!
−Upstairs bath was part of the master bedroom, so it was hard for the person in the second bedroom (also upstairs) to use it during the night. Not a huge problem, but a little inconvenient.

+Location, location, location. Close to everything and peaceful. Fast internet. What an amazing place to work from, great view from the smaller room and it has a dedicated work space.

−There is a double bed and a single bed. We were three adults and the single bed was not very comfortable for an adult.

“I highly recommend it!”
+A wonderfully helpful host, with excellent communication even before check-in. We were able to leave our luggage before check-in. The location is excellent, on a quiet street, overlooking an inner courtyard. The apartment is located on the first floor, clean, and equipped with everything you need for a few days' stay for three people. Thank you so much, Rudi!

−A rengeteg és meredek lépcső igen megterhelő. Szúnyogháló hiányában tele volt a lakás szúnyoggal. Nem hagytak aludni és rommá csíptek. A konyhabútoron nem csukódtak az ajtók.

“Die hervorragende Lage ist nicht alles wenn die Wohnung vernachlässigt wird.”
+Die Lage im Viertel ist außergewöhnlich gut. Nur 5 Min zum Canal Grande und 10 Min nach Zattere wo jeweils Vaporetti Anschluß besteht. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung Supermarkt, kleine nette Lokale, wunderbare Plätze und Kanäle. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und bietet viel Platz. Lage, Umgebung, Wohnungsgröße und Ambiente sind sehr gut.
−Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, im größeren waren die Betten bretthart, wir mussten in das kleinere Schlafzimmer wechseln um einigermaßen gut schlafen zu können. Vorsicht, wer diesbezüglich empfindlich ist. Die Küche ist mittelmäßig ausgestattet und sehr unpraktisch. Zwar gibt es einen sehr guten Gasherd, aber die Klapptüren der oberen Küchenkästen gehen entweder sehr schwer auf oder klappen sofort wieder zu, weil die Scharniere und Dämpfer entweder defekt sind oder fehlen. Sehr mühsam und wäre leicht zu beheben. Die Bestecklade und die riesige Lade mit den Mistsäcken gehen von alleine immer auf, d.h. sie lassen sich nicht ganz schließen und fahren sofort wieder aus. Wenn man an der Spüle steht, muss man mit einem Fuß die Mülllade blockieren um näher zu kommen. Der Geschirrspüler (ich habe so ein Modell noch nie gesehen) ist so gebaut, dass die obere Hälfte aufgeht und zugleich die untere Hälfte der Türe von unten nach oben klappt! Blaue Flecken an den Oberschenkeln waren die Folge. Die Scharniere der Kühlschrankfront waren defekt und man musste immer zwei Türen öffnen, siehe Bilder. Alle diese Dinge zeugen von Vernachlässigung und wären von einem Tischler in wenigen Stunden repariert -

+Lage sehr gut und ruhig. Vaporetto, Linie 1, keine 3 Minuten entfernt. Bäcker und Supermarkt vor Ort. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für alle Besichtigungen. TOP
