“Disappointing Venice Apartment”
+It has A/C after you figure out how to work the wall thermostats that are not attached to the wall (mobile??).
−This property may have earned a high rating years ago, but it is now in a state of serious disrepair and should not be advertised at its current standard. Cleanliness was unacceptable, with mold and mildew throughout the bathroom, including on the shower curtain and washing machine. Several lights had missing or non-functioning bulbs. The kitchen and appliances were poorly maintained. The freezer was covered with a thick wall of ice, the refrigerator was missing a shelf, and there was not enough dish detergent provided for even a short stay. The hot water kettle was heavily coated with calcium deposits. Most concerning was the lack of attention to safety: the carbon monoxide detector was not installed and was missing its battery. The shower was also missing one of its doors, making it difficult to use properly. Overall, the property needs substantial cleaning, maintenance, and repairs. The condition of the apartment was far below expectations. Attempts to contact the property owner failed.

+Easy walk to the property from the bus station. Quiet area with great cafes and shops nearby. My type of decoration throughout. Helpfulness of the owner. The courtyard garden. A great price and time to get to know Venice. Thank you.
−Having only 1 key when there were 3 people, but we worked around it. Camp bed in the second bedroom, not so comfortable. But everything else was great.

“Venice is definitely worth visiting despite the high temperature and crowds during August”
+The little courtyard is a great addition as well as the flat having his own entrance! We were really happy to find an iron in the cupboard and everything we needed for cooking! The air conditioning was absolutely necessary. Very good location near La Piazzale Roma, where you can take the coach, the train and the vaporetto. There is also a supermarket The Coop and a pharmacy!
−A little bottle of milk and something for breakfast would have made our arrival in Venice better because no shop in the area were open upon our arrival (midnight)

“Si potrebbe fare molto meglio!”
+Posizione dell'appartamento. Condizionamento ottimale. Spazi ampi, con 4 letti abbastanza comodi
−Vano doccia completamente da riconsiderare: la porta scorrevole mancante causava ad ogni doccia, pur con le dovute cautele, l'allagamento parziale del bagno. Inutile ed anti igienica la tenda interna alla doccia che avrebbe lo scopo di proteggere la finestra in legno. Per poterla utilizzare, abbiamo effettuato la completa pulizia della doccia. Assenza di appendini per gli asciugamani. Impossibilità di utilizzo degli armadi, in quanto pieni di qualunque cosa Assenza di lavastoviglie; stoviglie presenti sporche. Cortiletto inutilizzabile in quanto estremamente trasandato. Zanzariere presenti ma alcune rotte. L'appartamento andrebbe sottoposto ad una pulizia approfondita e manutenzione straordinaria.

+Die Lage, etwas abseits der großen Touristenströme, trotzdem zentral, ca. 7 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Sehr gute Küchenausstattung, morgens am Rialtomarkt Fisch und Gemüse kaufen, lecker! Terrasse, die gereinigt wurde, nachdem wir ankamen.
−Etwas feucht und klamm, da Erdgeschoß. Klimaanlage funktionierte leider nicht.
