“A Lugurian gem with a wonderfully thoughtful hostess”
+Just the most wonderful location to enjoy Liguria - whether that means spending time in the sunshine or under the vines on your terrace or exploring the exciting coastal gems nearby. The house is extremely well equipped and Daniela was such a perfect, considerate and kind hostess.
−Not really something we didn't like - just something everyone should know about: there are quite a few steps up to the property. But we just took it slow and it worked. There are also many cats - we loved them - but just something to be aware of.

“Exceptional stay in a beautiful historic house with sea views”
+We had a wonderful stay in this charming historic house perched on a hillside with breathtaking views of the Ligurian Sea. The property perfectly combines authentic character and atmosphere with all the modern comforts you could wish for. The house was exceptionally well equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bathrooms were modern, spacious, and impeccably maintained. Every detail seemed thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel at home. There was also lovely Italian breakfast available, which included biscotti, jam, and good coffee. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, always available to help and genuinely caring about our comfort and experience. If you are looking for a cosy, authentic place in Liguria with spectacular sea views, modern amenities, and outstanding hospitality, this is the perfect choice. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the region. Highly recommended! 🌟

+The stay truly exceeded my expectations. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring, which made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. Everything was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized. The location was peaceful and quiet, with easy access and convenient free parking. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future. The only small thing I would suggest improving is the pillows. For my personal preference, they were a bit too firm and too high, so having a few softer or lower options available would make the stay even more comfortable.

“Splendido”
+Tutto molto pulito, curato e davvero bello! Inoltre, la Signora Daniela ci ha fatti sentire subito come a casa fin dal nostro arrivo. La casa dispone di tutto ciò che serve, davvero di tutto, per trascorrere un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e torneremo sicuramente!

“Eine tolle Unterkunft, 20 min vom Wasser entfernt mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick”
+Eine tolle Unterkunft mit tollen Menschen vor Ort. Wir hatten alles und noch mehr im Haus. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön, AC ist vorhanden und das Haus sowie Garten in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Haus ist frisch renoviert und gerade die Bäder sind in einem hohen Standard ausgestattet worden. Mein Highlight war definitiv der Garten mit viel Liebe zum Detail und einer Menge regionaler Früchte. Wir durften bei unserem Aufenthalt das angebaute Obst essen und waren einfach rundum glücklich
−An der Unterkunft selbst gibt es nichts zu bemängeln, wenn man gut im Treppensteigen ist. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist nur mit einem sehr schmalen Auto möglich. So dass wir auf der Straße geparkt haben. ACHTUNG! Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist wunderschön, jedoch sollte mal sein Auto gut kennen, teils sehr schmale Serpentinen ohne Fahrbahnsicherung.

+La disponibilità e la gentilezza della padrona di casa, la casa si trova nell'entroterra di Lavagna totalmente ristrutturata e curata nei minimi particolari una pulizia impeccabile.

“egy kicsit nehezen megközelíthető, de szép kilátású, tágas jól felszerelt, igényes szállás.”
+a kilátás gyönyörű, a lakás felszereltsége jó, és barátságos.
−a megközelíthetőség egy kicsit nehéz volt, egy keskeny szerpentines út vezet oda. a párna nem mindenkinek volt kényelmes a családból. az emeletről levezető fekete lépcsőre érdemes lenne jelző csíkot tenni, hogy jobban látható legyen a lépcső széle.

“Soggiorno meraviglioso, rilassante e oltre ogni aspettativa.”
+La location è incantevole e la casa molto curata, sia negli spazi interni , arredati con gusto, funzionali e con una cucina attrezzatissima , sia negli spazi esterni, dotati di tavoli, sedie, sdraio, barbecue e lavanderia. Per non parlare della splendida vista sulla valle fino al mare. I proprietari sono veramente gentilissimi e attenti: dei super host come raramente se ne trovano.
