“Great experience, would love to go back”
+We liked everything. Absolutely amazing stay, nest time in Venice we will return for sure! Amazing apartment, the right size, with all the necessary equipment. AC/heating, big bathroom, kitchen with a lot of utensils and also the basic necessities like sugar, oil, salt... so refreshing not to need to hunt for them! Great location, super quiet yet 2 min from big supermarket and the main street full of restaurant. Amazing host who met us on arrival and gave us a lot of useful tips.
−The bed is a bit on the hard side. Just a preference, someone might like it

+great stay in Venice. safe and clean, helpful owner even though i did check in early. near the boat stop so i could get in boats when i went around the city and back to the Saint M. station. i’ve been there like venetian live so with sweet venetian glasses.
−nothing. even it was heavy rain, it was safe and i enjoyed the stay inside Oh, there is no elevator of course, you need to bring your all baggage to 3rd floor.

+Loved the location, and the apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. The lady met us when we arrived and gave us some helpful tips, and we had great support when we needed some help With the washer.
−It was extremely hot in Venice (39 degrees) and the air conditioner does not reach the bedroom, so it was very hot at night. We had one fan, it was good, still really hot to sleep.

“We paid for 4 nights but end up checking out on the next day without any refund considerations.”
+Nothing! The appt is very old and different look from the pictures posted on the booking.com
−We were 6 and while booking the room we saw 2 bathrooms. However, we end up having 1 bathroom in the apartment. In addition, the lady requested us to pay 4£/person/night for kids under 14 while other places request 2£/person/night.

“Great apartment in the best location!”
+Spacious apartment in an absolutely fabulous location away from the hoards of tourists walking shoulder to shoulder but only a short walk to the tourist sites and seconds from the water taxi stop. The area around the apartment is quiet and authentic with great restaurants
−Very smelly bathroom permeating throughout the apartment but leave the window open and it’s fine. It would be nice if the host left a couple of spare toilet rolls! Washing machine didn’t work properly.

+El pis era prou espaiós, estava tot en bon estat i tenia molta llum natural.
−vam estar força estona esperant al carrer amb les maletes que vinguesin a donar-nos les claus i rebre´ns malgrat haver avisat de l´hora d'arribada des de Barcelona dies abans primer i ja, un cop a Venècia, haver avisat en temps real d'on erem en cada moment: a l'aeroport, venint, ja a Venècia, caminant, etc. Un cop davant de l´edifici no ens responien ni el whatsup ni el telèfon. Finalment va respondre un altre telèfon nostre que no constava a la reserva. Tampoc ens va donar cap explicació quan finalment va arribar a obrir-nos la porta.
