+We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The location was perfect - quiet; (even in August!) and just around the corner from a Vaperetto stop, although there was plenty within walking distance too. The apartment itself was totally charming - we loved the Venetian decor and our kids were thrilled by the secret room! It had everything we needed in terms of amenities - including a washing machine and well stocked little kitchen. The air con worked brilliantly (and was much needed) and we all enjoyed peaceful sleep. Christine was a fantastic host - really responsive to messages and gave us great recommendations for activities, practical things like supermarkets and local restaurants, several of which we used and were very glad we did! We would happily stay here again and would recommend to friends.

“Do not recommend”
+We checked in and left immediately. The shower was the worst I have ever seen.
−Extremely old fashioned & tired. Bit like your Italian Great Grandmothers house. Smelled musty.

+The location and vibe of the property was great.
−There was a serious mould issue and the aircon (all 3) hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Very visible mould and dust in them and the smell of mould was overwhelming making it hard to sleep. The towels provided were very small and the facilities were hard to figure out.

“Cosy Venetian apartment”
+We liked the apartment very much. Is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, one usable (other one is reserved for the owner), has a cosy kitchen with all that you may need., It is in a central location, but away from the noisy streets. Has a nice yard where we enjoyed a bolle of Prosecco during evenings and tiramisu which is a must. The biggest plus is that is bigger than other apartments in the same price range and has better amenities. It is really a home that welcomes you - we felt like a staying in a our "home away from hone".

−Lo peor fue que había mucho polvo y mi marido es alérgico por lo que se despertó la primera noche con ronchas, muy poca luz y el wifi no va en ningún momento nos pusimos en contacto con la mujer que nos dio las llaves para que hablara con el propietario, nos dijo que le mandaba un mensaje y nos dirían algo y todavía estamos esperando…
