“Great location, but not a great value.”
+Aicha was kind enough to re-arrange her schedule and meet us when we arrived to let us in to the property (we arrived earlier than expected because there was a train strike and we ended up hiring a car to drive us to Venice). She gave us keys and showed us how to use the air conditioners.
−The air conditioners we off when we arrived and took a full 24 hours to bring the temperature of the property to a reasonable level. Two needed a hard re-boot (done by us with instruction from maintenance) and then were definitely weaker than the others and those rooms never quite cooled. We were told multiple times that if we arrived after 7pm, we would be charged a late fee, which just felt unfriendly. When we requested bath mats for the 2 bathrooms, we were told there would be a fee (turned out we did have bathmats, everyone received what looked to be 1 bath towel and one hand towel, but 2 hand towels turned out to be bathmats). There were notes in the unit saying if we did not dispose of trash there would be a fee. The stay felt more stressful than I would have liked. The common area when you entered the property was quite dirty. The dishwasher had a sign on it telling us not to use it. The unit is also on the top floor, so if you are not up for walking flights of stairs, this property is not for you.

+Great location, confortable beds and very quiet, close to a supermarket, good heating
−Only one wine glass (but plenty of champagne flutes), no corkscrew (luckily we had brought one with us), the kitchen chairs make a lot of noise, would be good to put pads under the feet. Some more seating and a table in the lounge area would be nice.

−Very poor appartment for a very high prize. Appartment was not clean, there was all sorts of junk in the drawers and the dishwasher was not working. Clearly prices are rising during the biennale, but this was without shame.

“Pleasant stay in a quiet neighbour hood”
+Large rooms. Nice white sheets and towels
−Noisy air con that still made a banging noise when switched off Only 2x2 comfortable settee and as we were a party of 5 one of us had to sit on chair from kitchen. Key lock needs changing as the front door is difficult to open. We actually knocked over a glass of water and the floor when wiped up was really dirty( This was our first day). Rest of property was clean

−Schmutzige Böden, schmutziger Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach völlig vereist und Nahrungsmittel vom Vorgänger, Spülmaschine kaputt, Küche insgesamt unsauber, zwei Klimaanlagen ausgefallen, abgelebtes Mobiliar, Geckos in der Wohnung, ein Fenster lässt sich nicht schließen, eine Dusche für große Menschen unbenutzbar, der durchklopft fiel immer ab, Badezimmer unsauber, ein kleines und ein großes Handtuch für sechs Tage! Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war katastrophal! Dir Bilder im Netz sind irreführend!

−Le manque d'équipements, pas de torchon, pas de saladier,pas de mug ou bol pour le petit dej, aucun porte manteau ou étagère dans les salle de bain
