“Perfect Venice pied à terre - charming apartment in brilliant location”
+Wonderful home in the best location for Venice biennale! Close to the vaporetto and 5 minute walk to piazza san Marco! Amazing . Sofa bed was huge - king size - air con in living room and bedroom so really comfortable for 3pp. Spacious and attractive
−Nothing except there was no hairdryer that I could find! And the bottle opener was broken. Otherwise home from home and super comfortable and stylish

+Really good location Very comfortable apartment with really comfortable beds Had a memory foam pillow which was excellent From the balcony you could see the canal which was great as I had not been made aware of this Really good restaurants at the end of the street

“Great place for 2 if you want to visit the Biennale”
+The location is perfect: not in the main tourist area, yet right next to the Biennale and Via Garibaldi.
−The fold-out sofa in the living room could really do with a deep clean (or should be replaced). The main bed is on the hard side (which may be an advantage or a disadvantage depending on your preferences).

“Perfect spot for exploring Venice”
+Welcoming, cosy, comfortable apartment in a great location- definitely more the locals end of Venice. Great bed and good shower. Cute little balcony. Easy to reach from Arsenale vaporetto stop. Host was v helpful and responsive. Would return!
−No washing machine.

+Znakomity apartament, lokalizacja przy przystanku vaporetto. Chociaż blisko wszystkich najpopularniejszych atrakcji jednak z dala od zgiełku. Osobne wejście z uliczki i maleńki balkon. Wyposażony we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy, duża kuchnia z piekarnikiem, wspaniała sypialnia. Lampki do czytania przy wygodnym łóżku. Ogrzewanie włącza się w chłodne dni, ale jest też klimatyzacja. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką.
−Trudno coś takiego znaleźć.

“Un séjour parfait !”
+L'appartement était confortable, très bien équipé, très agréable , à tous points de vue . L'emplacement permettait de se rendre très facilement et rapidement à la Biennale, c'est d'ailleurs ce qui avait motivé notre choix. La propriétaire qui nous a reçus était très aimable et de plus , parlait français !
−Seul petit point négatif : la wifi était un peu capricieuse et fonctionnait mal dans certaines pièces.
