+The apartment has everything that is needed for a family of 3. The kitchen is equipped with appliances and utensils, all that is necessary for cooking. There is also a washing machine, which we found very useful. There is a small terrace for smoking, relaxing or just drying clothing. The shower is indeed small, the bathroom itself is not big, but for us it was not an issue. The location is 2 minutes away from S. Alvise vaporetto stop, very conveniant for visiting neighboring islands and getting to and from the Ferrovia (Train Station). There is a supermarket 5 minutes away, also a plus. Additionally, there is a small park less than 100m away, and the Cannaregio Civic Center is also right there - we did not go, but from what I understood, there are multiple activities that take place in the Center, even a swimming pool. There is an indoor climbing gym around the block. Not to mention that the area itself is very peaceful compared to the Piazza San Marco/ popular areas. There are great restaurants in the vecinity of Ca Bellotto (we dined at Timon, the food was awesome).
−I think that a small vacuum cleaner would have been useful to have for quick cleaning the floors during meal prep or after eating.

“Un appartement calme et rapidement accessible”
+Appartement très bien situé dans un quartier calme, à distance des circuits touristiques, avec le vaporetto à proximité qui permet de rejoindre Venise très rapidement. Des bars et restaurants que l’on peut rejoindre à moins d’un quart d’heure par ruelles et ponts typiques. L’appartement est très propre, bien équipé et Lorenzo a répondu à nos questions dès que nous nous sommes installés. Un supermarché à 10mn à pied permet de faire ses courses tranquillement.

“Magnífica ubicación”
+La ubicación me pareció magnífica. El apartamento está a un minuto de la parada de vaporetto de S. Alvise. Desde ahí se va facilmente (en vaporetto) a cualquier lugar de Venecia y de la bahía. Y el lugar es muy tranquilo. Lorenzo contestó rápidamente a todas nuestras (pocas) dudas. Fue siempre muy amable. Hay un supermercado bastante cerca (eso no es fácil en Venecia).

+Très bel appartement situé dans un quartier paisible de Cannaregio. A 2 minutes de l’arrêt Sant Alvise (Vaporetto). Épicerie à proximité et pleins de restaurants tout près.

“Genial estancia en Venecia”
+Apartamento espacioso y muy cómodo, situado a 1 minuto del vaporetto y a 5 de un supermercado. Zona muy tranquila, perfecta para descansar después del bullicio del centro de Venecia. Tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar, cocina completa con todo el menaje, lavavajillas, lavadora.... y aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Un placer haber estado en este alojamiento en mi primera experiencia en Venecia. Repetiremos.

“Simplesmente excelente”
+O Lorenzo foi extremamente atencioso e preocupado connosco e com as nossas necessidades durante a estadia. O alojamento encontra-se numa zona mais residencial mas perto de todas as atrações turísticas de Veneza. Tem todas as comodidades que necessitamos para uma estadia num apartamento (até produtos para lavar a louça e a roupa). Excelente estadia! Recomendo!
