“Wonderful, charming unit in a perfect location”
+Utterly charming. The landlord was lovely and helpful. Everything was organized very well.
−Nothing we didn’t like. You just have to be careful since a lot of the attic is lower height.

“Full of character and age”
+Full of character and age! A great little set up - ideal for a couple wanting to stay out of the craziness of St Marc's, but still walkable to every part of the city.
−All of the bathroom floor was very slippery after showering. As it was a wet room you need to walk across it to use the toilet. Despite a shower mat being provided, it didn't quite cover all the floor. Maybe a grab rail would be helpful, or even an additional shower mat

“The perfect Venetian attic”

“Cosy and central. Perfect for a short getaway in Venice.”
+Super central location without being noisy as it was so high up. The host was very welcoming and we found the “book” with tips on restaurants, luggage storage and public transport very helpful. The property was cosy and well equipped.

“Amazing stay in a historical house in the centre of Venice”
+The attic was well appointed and thoroughly clean, exhibiting a lot of period features - house is 750years old. Air-conditioning was essential as it was heating up a lot during the day. The kitchen was well equipped. Internet was fast and there was a lift to the 4th floor.
−Bathroom was quite small and awkward and water was going everywhere when showering as there was no cubicle and the curtain was in an awkward position. The water pressure was a real issue and temperature was constantly changing as the hot water was coming from a combi boiler that was turning on and off due to the pressure being inconsistent.

+The view from this room was just amazing, and the space is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Fridge, washing machine, and stove were very convenient to have while we were in Venice.

“Enjoyed our stay but was left wanting more”
+Very clean, the host met us on site and was available if we needed. Location was good, quiet but not too far from top attractions.
−It was much smaller than I anticipated, not their fault, pics seemed to be more generous. Felt a little cramped, tall people should avoid.
