“Perfect location to explore Venice”

−Overpriced, Outdated and Disappointing This accommodation is vastly overrated and outrageously expensive for what it offers. It feels as though the property has been left to deteriorate, with little or no effort made to update, maintain or replace even the most basic household items. The hairdryer looked as though it dated back to the 1960s, and I genuinely feared I might electrocute myself using it. The iron had lost its dials, the washing line was twisted and mouldy, and not a single peg was provided. Even the fridge handle was broken. These are not luxury expectations or unreasonable demands; they are basic standards that any paying guest should be entitled to expect. What makes this particularly frustrating is that these issues are easily addressed. Instead, guests are charged premium prices while being provided with tired, neglected facilities that suggest the owners have little interest in maintaining the property to an acceptable standard. Venice is an expensive destination, but that is no excuse for charging exorbitant rates while neglecting the accommodation itself. +l'emplacement fabuleux, le confort des pièces, la surface de la chambre, les meubles authentiques, la qualité de l'air (sec, contrairement à certains logements humides à Venise), les prises contre les moustiques
−la luminosité mais c'est ainsi, c'est Venise dans un rdc. L'éclairage des lampes avec de beaux abats-jours, compensait largement.

+Die Wohnung liegt im Arsenale. Das ist sehr praktisch für Besucher der Biennale. Außerdem ist der Besucherandrang für Venedig moderat, wenn man es mit San Marco oder Rialto vergleicht.
−Natürlich sind Restaurantbesuche teuer, aber das weiß man ja schon vorher. Das muss man halt in Kauf nehmen, wenn man nach Venedig fährt.

−הדירה ישנה, יש בה כל מה שצריך אבל היא לא מפנקת, יש מקינטה אבל אין מכונת קפה, מקלחת קטנה שמאד לא פשוט לשלוט על חום המים, יש כספת אך אי אפשר היה להשתמש בה כי האורחים הקודמים נעלו אותה. השארת המזוודות ביום האחרון מחייבת השארתן בקומה שלישית ללא מעלית במדרגות צרות וגבוהות ובמסדרון ללא שמירה

−Die steilen Treppen sind für ältere Gäste schwierig. Gefehlt hat uns eine Kaffeemaschine die Mocatiera ist nicht jedermanns Gusto.

+Prima dell'arrivo ci è stato comunicato un problema tecnico con l'aria condizionata. La nostra host è stata molto cortese ed efficiente nell'organizzare una soluzione alternativa per le prime due notti, finché il problema non è stato risolto

+Heerlijke plek, net buiten drukke gedeelte. Alles aanwezig, ruim, smaakvol ingericht, goede airco, alsof je even in Venetië woont. 2e verdieping, uitzicht op Arsenale. Aanrader.
