“Fantastic location for visiting Venice!”

“Lost in the streets of Venice”
+Great location. Very quiet. Away from the tourist crowds. Listen to the ringing of the church bells and hear the children in the school. Meet the locals. Experience the real life of Venice.

“Definitely our first preference should we come back to Venice sometime”
+Hospitality with a big H, very dedicated hosts, good communication. Great location 50m from boatstop Celestia, just outside the big crowds. Local restaurants nearby, Piazza S Marco 15 min walk. Very comfortable and clean groundfloor apartment with everything you need for a short or longer stay

“Comfy, sparkling clean and beautiful Apartment”
+The apartment was sparkling clean and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Lovely furniture to appreciate for those who enjoy some antique and very artistic pieces. Very close to the vaporetto stop with no stairs or bridges to cross with bags (believe me that is crucial) Betta and Massimo were great and also gave us a lot of tips about Venezia to enjoy the best there. We strongly recommend it!

“Wonderful stay”
+Elisabetta and Massimo were wonderful hosts. They treated us like family and made sure we had everything we needed, including directions and help getting to the airport. The property was spacious and had a full kitchen and washing machine! It is very close to the Celestia water bus port and also 10 min walk from a stop that takes you directly to the airport. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

“Warm and Attentive Hosts”
+Elizabetta was a wonderful and gracious hostess, maintaining excellent communication and consistently offering her assistance throughout our stay. Betta and Massimo demonstrated exemplary hospitality, extending a warm welcome and providing valuable support even before our arrival. Betta was proactive in communicating with us about airport transfer options and offered helpful advice on addressing accessibility needs related to my disability. During our visit, they responded promptly to any questions and ensured the apartment was beautifully presented and fully equipped with all necessary amenities. We particularly appreciated the complimentary treats upon arrival and found their recommendations for local attractions and transport routes extremely useful. Betta also coordinated water taxi service for my departure to the airport, for which I am sincerely grateful. Our stay was overall very enjoyable and memorable.
−While restaurants and grocery stores are a bit far from the property,and getting around with a wheelchair or crutches is tricky because nearby bridges don’t have ramps,the location is very convenient to a vaporetto stop, making water buses a practical way to see Venice. The apartment was chilly at night, but Betta and Massimo provided extra blankets that helped somewhat, and my hot water bottle gave me even more warmth.

+This is such a lovely apartment ! It is spacious, comfortable and thoughtfully and beautifully decorated. It's in a great location, close to the water taxi station, restaurants and shops, but was quiet-nestled into a quaint little neighborhood. The owners, Betta and Massimo were wonderful ! Communication was great leading up to our visit. They made sure we knew how to get from the airport to the correct water taxi stop and even met us there and helped with our luggage.They really went above and beyond. They showed us around the apartment, explained everything we needed to know and made themselves available for any questions we might have during our stay. The kitchen was well-appointed with utensils, dishes, glassware, coffee press, toaster and dishwasher etc. They even left snacks for us to enjoy. My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay and would highly recommend this rental. Thank you so much, Betta and Massimo !! ❤️
