“Amazing location and apartment! Check in and hosts are a bit of a hassle.”
+The location was amazing! It was really fun to stay right in the old town. Split is a cool city, and it was an ideal place to stay. The apartment was spacious and well appointed.
−The check in process was a pain. We filled out all the paperwork online, but then they still needed us to do it in person. Communication with the hosts was difficult, and we ended up waiting over an hour to get the keys. All the phone numbers on Booking.com are incorrect, and they don't respond to messages on Booking.com regularly. I also got MANY phishing scam requests from byGRACE, which was concerning. When we reached out with a question after check in, it took over 15 hours to get a reply to our text, and never did get a answer to our phone call.

“Great Location and Amenities”
+- Very good communications via whatsapp - Very well stocked with kitchen amenities - All pictures were very accurate - Both double beds very comfortable - Located right in the heart of Split. - Note the washing machine is easily accessible just outside the door in a shared hall with one other apartment - Easy check in and short term parking option worked well before dropping off our rental (Not sure if would in busy summer)
−- Up some tight stairs to the 3rd floor was easier with Marco's help - Friday night was a bit loud until 11pm (Did not bother us) - Beds a bit firm but worked for us

“Great apartment right in the middle of everything.”
+Fantastic location close to the Silver gates. Beautifully modern facilities and spacious. Loved it!
−We loved the apartment but be aware of many steps to climb with luggage and the noise from bars below and the bell tower. For us it was all part of the experience but would not suit everybody.
