“Very hospitable staff and comfortable beds”
+The location was very convenient right outside of Preveza with direct access by car to the Monolithi beach. Preveza and Kiani Akti beach are in actual walking distance, but it can be quite hot. The room was equipped with everything we needed and it was very comfortable. I have to point out that the mattress was super comfy and I had some of the best sleeps in my life! The front yard is very beautiful, full of flowers and you can enjoy your morning coffee and/or breakfast.
−The room was at the back and the balcony was a bit narrow so it wasn't very comfortable to sit outside. Preveza can also get quite humid, so you wouldn't get enough fresh air from there. Also the view is in the parking lot, but there's not much activity nor noise. I would recommend to book early on to make it to one of the rooms at the top floor.

“Great stay in a beautiful spot”
+Very clean and modern apartment on a nice complex. Spent a lovely few days working remotely and enjoying some time off in between. WiFi is excellent, shower powerful and bed comfy. Nice restaurant opposite or a 15-20 minute walk into Preveza for loads of other options. The nearest beach is a minute away but there is a nice beach club as you walk into Preveza with sunloungers and a beach bar. This place has everything you need and very helpful owners who make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
−Nothing major, it was a (flat) walk into town (property is located outside of Preveza) but I enjoyed getting my steps in every day and found the walk enjoyable.

+Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ όμορφο, πεντακάθαρο και πολύ άνετο. Οι φωτογραφίες αντιπροσωπευουν την πραγματικότητα! Εξοπλισμένη κουζινα, άνετο στρώμα,μεγάλο κρεβάτι! Το ντους επίσης εξαίσιο! Δεν χρειάστηκε να ζητήσουμε τίποτε έξτρα έκτος από οδηγίες για να κινηθούμε στην περιοχή!!😁 Οι ιδιοκτήτες γλυκίτατοι κ εξυπηρετικοί!Θα το προτιμησουμε πάλι και το προτίνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!

+Gastgeber extrem nett, hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht allen Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu machen. Sehr schönen Abend mit essen und trinken spontan gemacht.
−Die Straße ist sehr laut, habe garnicht draußen gesessen und die Zimmer sind nicht isoliert. Es gibt leider Gäste die keine ruecksicht nehmen. Ich war drei Wochen da, und war doch sehr entspannt weil die Strände sehr ruhig sind.

“Super frumos”
+Exceptional . Doamna care detine aceste apartamente este exceptionala . Cutia de chei este folositoare . Dus , articole de baie , curatenie si important . Bucatarie si frigider !! Aer conditiinat si balcon . Are chiar si storcator pentru portocale! Ne a chemat si un taxi doamna , ceea ce nu era treaba ei , deci se cunoaste ca este un om bun la suflet. Am lasat cateva beri pentru urmatorii oaspeti !

+Posizione in quartiere tranquillo in periferia. A pochi minuti di auto dalla via centrale, dal tunnel sottomarino per Lefkada e dalla strada per le spiagge di Preveza
−Aggiungerei uno specchio ed alcuni scaffali di appoggio.
