+Location was great Having a parking 300mts from the appartment was good for having a car there Metro station at 100mts A lot of supermarkets nearby Downtown was walking distance A lot of space
−Sofa-bed was not comfortable for adults, maybe small kids The small fridge was not cooling fast enough. Maybe you can consider changing it for a bigger one. No fry-pans available 3rd dloor without elevator

“Well equipped apartment in convenient location”
+The apartment is well equipped. The check in process had clear instructions and was seamless. The location is good with easy access to Keleti train station, the red metro line, buses and trams. I particularly appreciated having extra plates etc so that we could wait until the dishwasher was full before putting it on, rather than having to wash up or constantly have it on to get ready for the next meal.
−The sofa bed was pretty hard on one side which wasn't a problem for us as my son slept on the other but would be a problem if you had two people sleeping on it. The portable air con in the second bedroom is quite loud but we were happy to have it anyway as it was pretty warm. The wi-fi was a bit hit and miss.

+Świetnie wyposażony apartament w starej kamienicy. Niedaleko hub przesiadkowy (metro, tramwaj, autobus) - można szybko wszędzie dojechać.
−Hałas z ruchliwej ulicy (szczególnie w nocy).

“Klimatyzacja nie działa, brak pomocy ze strony właściciela”
+Zgodnie z opisem: salon, dwie sypialnie, łazienka, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Apartament czysty i ładny, ale w paskudnej, brudnej kamienicy. Trzecie piętro bez windy.
−Trafiliśmy na bardzo gorący weekend, a w apartamencie zastaliśmy niedziałającą klimatyzację. Gorąco jak w piecu. Właściciel obiektu nie kwapił się ani do naprawy, ani do udostępnienia np. zapasowego przenośnego klimatyzatora. Wypisywał do nas tylko bzdurne wiadomości, które mogę uznać za obraźliwe, bo to jest traktowanie klienta jak idioty, np. instrukcja, jak ustawić temperaturę, gdy już dwa razy zgłosiłam, że klima NIE DZIAŁA, albo durne pytania, jaki dźwięk wydaje, który guzik naciskam itp. A wszystko tylko po to, żeby grać na zwłokę - za 3 dni klient przecież wyjedzie. Nie polecam latem - bo się upieczecie żywcem, i nie polecam w ogóle - bo jak Wam się coś zepsuje, to nikt Wam nie pomoże. Bezpłatny parking owszem jest, ale dwie ulice dalej, więc trzeba dojść z bagażami. Słabe wi-fi.

−Stor trafikeret vej udenfor. Byggeplads i baggården. Balkon udenfor soveværelset som andre benytter, virkede meget utrygt. Indgangen og opgangen er meget beskidt.

+Lokacija, oprema, natančna navodila, zagotovljeno parkirišče v garaži, lepo staromeščansko stanovanje.
−Nekoliko premehke vzmetnice, zavesa v kadi - dobro bi bilo zamenjati kad s tušem in stekleno steno, objekt ni najbolje vzdrževan, vendar to ne vpliva na bivanje.
