“Great little spot for contractors or business”
+Great location for work the beds were conformable and a tv in each bedroom was a bonus easy access and the host was a great comunicator
−Just a few more bits and bobs for washing up and some tea towels would be nice to dry the cutlery and plates

“Horrible place - absolute dump”
+Nothing. The property looked nothing like its photos
−Terrible condition. Front door box to access key - we (3 of us), had to get onto our knees to put the code in, then had extreme difficulty opening the door. Back door didnt open at all, most of the windows are painted over. Boxes covering electricals are broken, kitchen draw with no bottom, disgusting cooking pots so dirty they couldn't be used, not enough bedding to keep us warm. This place is really really bad for the price.

−There were no fans but I luckily had one with me! Garden could do with a bit of TLC, but the only flaw. Will definitely be returning!

“Avoid staying here! the property is a health risk!”
+property is close to reading town centre, that is the only positive about the property.
−absolutely awful stay the house needs a lot of work doing, black mould all around kitchen sink, toilet is located downstairs next to kitchen and has a really bad smell which travels through the house, as soon as we woke up we left because I couldn’t handle the smell anymore! there was no curtains up only blinds which did nothing to the keep light out. Beds was so uncomfortable as well the springs are popping out of the mattress, the couch is also the same it would be more comfy to sit on a park bench! Back yard was a joke no maintenance kept on it, over grown moss and weeds. we stayed for two nights and only went back to the properly to sleep because it is that bad it makes you feel dirty when inside it, avoid at all costs! we paid £270 for a 2 night stay if I had seen the condition of the property before staying I wouldn’t even pay £5 to stay here!
