“Well located cosy appartement”
+In the beginning it was quite easy to gain acces to both the building and the room. Communication with the host went smoothly and they always answered in a timely manner.
−On the second day they had an issue with the electronic opening of the door to acces the building. No direct phone number was available. Thus we had to wait untill someone exited the building to slip inside. Again they were answering fast when messaging them through booking.com. They offered to bring a physical key to gain acces to the building in a more convenient way. My suggestion to them would be to, keep the digital way of entering the building but leaving the key to the building in the room. So that, upon arrival you have a physical key to get acces to the building. I can imagine that, if this had happened at a different time of our trip it could have cost us reaching our flights in time

“Wouldnt book it again, just because I think its a bit outdated”
+Location, entrance.
−The sofa is really in a bad shape, regardless wether you sleep on it or just sit, it should deffinitely be dry cleaned or replaced. I love the liveliness of the street, I dont mind the noise from people outside, but the noise inside the building is awful, when they close the bar and deal with bottles and glasses.

“Nice room, terrible damp”
+The room itself is nice, location is great
−The room is nice but smells incredibly strong of damp, the bathroom especially is overwhelmingly bad. A real shame as the location is great and the room itself is nice

“Absolutely Horrible!!!!”
+Nothing. This is a complete bait and switch apartment. You book based on the lovely photographs that they show however, when you check in, it is a completely different apartment altogether. Horrible horrible horrible. To start, the place was extremely dirty. The most disturbing of all though was the intense chemical smells from with the mold or rodents .. total nightmare. We stayed for only 45 minutes as we tried to reach the management company. When they finally responded and refused any assistance, we left and checked into another hotel.
−Filthy dirty. Chemical smell was so bad that it felt like our lungs were burning. 2 very tiny windows that opened up to the restaurant trash bins. It felt like a dungeon.

+Lokalizacja, wielkosc apartamentu, wygodne lozka.
−Bardzo glosno wieczorami i w nocy. Apartament znajduje sie bezposrednio nad barem i restauracja. Do godzine 3 w nocy slychac gwar z ulicy pomimo zamknietych okien i okiennic.
