“one week in Poreč”
+Close to the city center and beaches which means you can visit the city center everyday, you have everything you need. The apartment had 2 tv's - one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The living room has a couch that can extend. Kitchen has everything you need - pots, pans, knives, cutlery, etc. The kitchen tabe can also extend for extra dining and cooking space. The bathroom includes a hairdryer and a soap dispenser. A 5 minute drive (15 minute walk) away is a shopping center with groceries stores and a few other shops. The stay was overall very nice and we really enjoyed everything about it.
−The knives were very dull so i recommend bringing your own knives or a knife sharpener and one part of the bed and floor boards kept falling off but that didn't bother us.

“We have seen much better for the same amount of money in Porech”
+Comfortable bed in the bedroom.
−They have put photos of both appartments mixed, so we expected two bedroms like it was on the photos and got one instead?! The sofa in the living room was very uncomfortable. No space for putting things to dry. We put it on the stairs outside, but than some neighbors complained. No terrace in the smaller appartment which we expected according to the photos?! Don’t missled tourists in the future! - it’s not nice! Not enough space for 3 persons, but charged more. Commodity for the third persone was zero!

“Lovely area, although the apartment is merely OK.”
+Good service. A basket was on the table with breakfast products. The coffee pot was broken, which was replaced the same day. Istria and Porec are very pretty and deserve a wholehearted recommendation for everyone!! Take care not to disable the boiler with the left switch at the bathroom panel!!
−First of all: there is no oven, just a microwave! The fridge desperately needs de-icing. Upon entry, it was clear that the pictures in the ad have been taken some 10-15y ago, the current state of the apartment is not as pretty. The apartment was also not very clean (some moping or dusting wouldn't hurt). I was sorry not to have brought my tools, since the apartment needs renovation. Several electricity wall sockes are cracked or came loose from the wall. Several baseboards are missing or loose. The knobs are missing on the fume hood. In the bathroom (live?) wires are 'sealed' with paper tape. Kitchen cabinets need adjusting. Screws on the bed need tightening.

“Next time something bigger and on the ground floor without so many stairs.”
+the price was good. Also the view to the sea from the 3rd floor. The apartment was clean and we checked in earlier (2 hours) thank you.
−the roms are very small, I would say tiny. We were 4 adults + one child, and it was crowded most of the time. The sofa in the kitchen and kitchen table are too close. In my opinion it is for max 3 people. There are 38 stairs to this apartment, not good for families with small kids/old people. The balcony tiny with 3 chairs. There was clotheshorse but you can not use it, because there is no place to open it and dry the clothes (balcony or apartment). Sewage from toilet was stinky most of the time :( that is probably problem of the whole building. Sea 15 minutes walking distance. As we come to Porec every year we can compare the price/quality. All in all ok for this price.
